Beh, prima di tutto non c'è mai stata alcuna menzione di un deposito cauzionale quando pagato $ 157 online prima di arrivare. Quindi, quando mi sono presentato senza altri 150 dollari, l'impiegato alla reception ha minacciato di chiamare la polizia se avessi "distrutto" la stanza del motel, e che avrei fatto meglio ad andarmene per le 10 del mattino.

The stay wasn't too terrible. The customer service is not there. They don't make you feel welcome. Need to male it known that breakfast doesn't start till 7 on the website. Also the fact that there is no latch to secure the door. Does not make you feel safe!

The receptionist was rude and got loud when i asked about rate. There was no elevator for the handicap.

Friendly check in. Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower and commode were dated but clean. Wifi strong. Television channels were limited and signal spotty. All in all, a nice stay.

It wasn’t the best but if all you want is somewhere to sleep it’s ok it was close to where we were going so it was fine seemed like one lady was trying to run the whole thing she did cleaning and front desk

This hotel is family owned which I admired. Very sweet people. However, it being a refurbished hotel, rooms and floors in rooms need to be deep cleaned and not simply vacuumed. Please consider looking over the rooms and making sure the dust and possible mold in shower is not as issue. Also, your breakfast option, truly isn't much of an option. And you have a vending machine with nothing to offer. Other than that. You get what you pay for based on the cost. Which is still a bit high based on quality, but I understand. Businesses must make money.

The staff was very friendly and polite. Customer service has to be rated at a 10. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.

The hotel was acceptable for the price paid. Unfortunately due to a family member becoming ill we had to return home early and since we booked through ******* we could not get a refund for the night we did not use. Next time I’ll just book directly through hotel in case we have to cut our trip shorter.

Everything was fine, the concrete outside the hotel was slippery as it had rained prior to my arrival, the tv in the room worked but it didn’t work, what I mean is the TV came on but nothing on the tv worked meaning the remote wouldn’t change the channel and no matter how loud I put the volume the TV had no sound
