Hello, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. No respect at all, very poor customer service. The maintenance of the place is very untidy and not clean at all, the washrooms are disgusting, very disgusting to even look at!! the shower doesn’t work,neither does the toilet, IT SMELLED SO BAD VERY UNHYGIENIC and with all these broken and bad facilities they charged ridiculous prices. The management of this place is the worst possible, the staff was very rude especially the manager not even a simple sorry very disrespectful.THE WORST HOTEL POSSIBLE !! never even think about staying here, it’s like hell. very unhygienic and poorly kept hotel. I highly do not recommend this hotel to foreigners it’s a shame to Sri lankan.
