Hotel Drei Kronen Elmshorn

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this charming hotel in Elmshorn. From the moment I arrived, the staff were verry friendly and proffesional. They made me feel right at home and were always available with a smile to assist with anything I needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the town center, yet the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat. The highlight for me was the beautiful garden behind the hotel – immaculately maintained, full of greenery and flowers, and radiating such a sense of calm and tranquility. It was the perfect spot to relax with a coffee or just enjoy some quiet time. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the modern bathroom was a real bonus – clean, stylish, and well-equipped. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. And the breakfast? Outstanding! A delicious variety of fresh, high-quality options that really got the day off to a great start. This hotel truly has a special charm, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into every detail. Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again the next time I’m in Elmshorn.

Very clean and friendly people The room was clean, but a little dated. However the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Need a course in service Arrogant rude staff, e.g. so in the middle of my check in it was interrupted with the receptionist starting to text someone. we accidentally slammed the door with the key left in the room which I said at check out and apologized for, later got a call from another at the hotel who scolded me for forgetting the key. I have probably never been treated so badly when I stayed in a hotel before. Totally ok beds and breakfast for the price, otherwise poor standard. Will not stay at this again. Tommy
