The staff was very friendly. There was a good variety of breakfast foods, something for everyone. When we go that way again, we will definitely stay there.

Signage to entrance is poor, tiny sign, looks like entrance to surrounding businesses. Facility is good, room is small but clean and in good repair, staff was good, area is nothing special to look at, lots of fast food choices within walking distance, good restaurants not far away, pool and jacuzzi were clean and in good working order, breakfast was okay, food was good and the dining room was clean.

Called and talked to Belle the day before to confirm they had a pool & spa for our daughter, they said yes. Asked if it was in service and they said yes. Showed up the next day and it was drained and being maintenanced. Front desk seemed confused why were were told that. Sounds like call center was NOT up to date with maintenance at the property. We checked out a day earlier and went to the4 best Western.

Had I known the pool was unavailable I'd have chosen another location. Paying full price for a place that doesn't have the amenities available that it claims to is very disappointing.

Clean, quiet, and many coffee and dining options within walking distance. Friendly front desk staff and very welcoming.

It is an older property but everything was well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom vanity was nice and large. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had eggs, sausage and waffles for hot food plus an assortment of breads and cereal and yogurt. We would stay here again. The only downside was the front door/lobby felt like it was in the back because we had to drive around the building to find it.
