We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a lovely experience. The location is fantastic, offering beautiful views that truly enhance the stay. Whether you’re enjoying the sunrise or sunset, the scenery is simply breathtaking. However, there were a few aspects that detracted from an otherwise great visit. Firstly, we didn’t receive the room we had chosen. Instead of the one king bed we requested with two single beds, we were given 2 double beds, which was disappointing and inconvenient. This also meant we lacked some necessary amenities, such as bath mats, a hairdryer, and an adequate number of towels. Despite these issues, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for its location and views, but I hope they can improve their room allocation and ensure that all amenities are provided to guests.

Мы приехали около 11 дня, сразу нас не заселили, сказали после часа, но принесли смузи и предложили полотенца для бассейна. Администратор( забыл имя) был очень вежлив и приветлив, да и вообще в течение всего отдыха в этом отеле он вел себя услужливо, видно, что следит за отелем. Вид отличный. Номер чистый, есть все необходимое. Завтрак шведский стол, выбор не большой, но все вкусно. Можно пройти до центра Эллы по жд рельсам, получится очень близко. Буквально 5 минут. Отелем довольны, рекомендуем

Отель на хороший, подниматься от магазинов в гору, но зато на утро чудесные виды- из минусов не функционировал бассейн

Проживали в 3 местном номере на верхнем этаже. Супер! Комфортно, чисто, номер большой, санузел просторный, чистый, без посторонних запахов, с террасы хороший вид. Персонал на 10, мужчина работающий в ресторане на 20 из 10, таких добрых и позитивных людей никогда не видел! Выезжали рано, нам собрали с собой завтрак. Спасибо, продолжайте так же, хороших отелей за адекватную стоимость на острове не так много. Немного удален от центральной улице, но мы были не машине и проблем не возникало

Мне очень понравилось место расположения. Если ехать туда на автомобиле то нужно иметь навыки профессионального водителя. Вид из верхних номеров очень прекрасно. На данный момент до 30 ноября идёт ремонт бассейна который расположен в отеле. но всех жителей отеля сопровождают бассейн расположенные ниже и там прекрасный вид на горы. Очень хорошие фотки лаунж бассейна очень рекомендую. По цене скорее всего средний из всех представленных данной области по качеству очень спокойный отель не вдалеке ближайшие улица мы спускались до кафе минут 6 7 это надо учитывать если вы не спортивный человек. То вам Будет сложно. Завтра к средней европейские американские яичница сардельки салат. Ничего лишнего. Если хотите прекрасный вид просыпаюсь утром заселяйтесь в номера выше первого этажа. Всем хороших путешествий

一起訂了兩間房。位置絕佳，可以俯瞰山景，期待日出，泳池小朋友很喜歡，到小鎮距離也很近，沿着鐵軌五分鐘即可。

地理位置很方便，房間挺大的，很適合家庭旅遊度假，值得推薦！

We arrived at the hotel to find that Agoda (having confirmed the reservation and charged my credit card) had not sent the booking to the hotel. The hotel was fully booked, but pulled out all the stops to help us. The only accommodation they had for the first night was a single room with no aircon, which they don’t normally let and didn’t charge us for. We gratefully accepted, and for the second night we were moved to a top floor room. Further, they honored the Agoda rate. Front office staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though they didn’t create the problem. Of special note is one of their employees, Tushara, who looked after us and made sure he had everything we wanted. He’s an absolute gem. The view from the upper floors is amazing and probably the best in Ella. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious. Would definitely recommend due to their outstanding service. But do not book through Agoda!

This place was beautiful. We stayed in room 303 which was very large and had air conditioning. The views of Little Adam’s Peak and Ella Rock were stunning and the pool area was very nice. However, by far the biggest takeaway from this stay were the staff with a very special mention to Thushara. I have never met anyone at a hotel around the world who has gone out of his way as much as he did to make our stay enjoyable. Would recommend this place to everybody.

Stunning views, comfortable accommodation, thoughtful, friendly and attentive staff. Good food. Nothing is too much trouble. Short walk into Ella either by road or Railway track. Highly recommended. Pool is great for a cooling dip after a day walking.
