Molto pulito e buon servizio, ma è lontano dall'aeroporto e molto lontano dal centro di Chicago. Come il nome di un motel, è difficile per le persone che non hanno una macchina da venire e andare! Il servizio è molto buono e il caffè è gratuito e buono!

Ma non c'è nessuna stronzata! Grazie al ragazzo di navetta che mi ha fatto ritornare alle 10:45 e al cameriere per aiutare. Bella stanza, bella letto.La telecamera Funky era sporadica. L'acqua non si trasferì dalla valvola del tubo alla testa del doccia. Solo un ghiacciatore. Non ho avuto tempo di chiamare la manutenzione come suggerito dal desk front al momento di avvertirli. NON DUCHE! Questo è un buon 50% della necessità di un hotel sopra una scatola in un campo. L'altro è il letto. Un bagno, sp la doccia! Mi piace la compensazione!

What a horrible experience. After missing my flight home, American Airlines put me up in this hotel. They chose it specifically because it has a shuttle so I could get to and from the airport. However, after waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle, I called the hotel to see how often the shuttle was running. I was told that because there were several ”distressed passengers,” they would be running the shuttle numerous times w/ in the hour and would be there in the next 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes, other passengers and I tried calling the hotel to see where the shuttle was. They didn't answer the phone for over an hour. After finally getting through and asking the question again, I was told to wait 10 more minutes. After over 2 hours of waiting, several of us were going to take an Uber to the hotel and miraculously the shuttle showed up. It was a white van w/ a homemade printed sign in the window for this hotel. If you weren't on high alert, you'd miss it (which we didn't- it never came around). Check in to the hotel was easy, rooms were dated, and the pair of used boxer briefs outside of my door were a draw card to several rowdy patrons who walked past. The running toilet that didn't flush in my room kept me awake and when I showered in the morning the tub filled and wouldn't drain. I called the front office to report the issues and when they didn't answer I told the front desk when I went to check out 5 minutes later (staff was unoccupied and on his cell phone at that point). The morning shuttle was almost as unreliable as the evening's. We were told that there would be several shuttles starting at 5am but to get to the lobby at least 15 min early. We were assured that they would continue shuttling passengers to the airport to get them there as close to 5 as possible. When I went downstairs at 6, I was told by those who were down at 4:30am that they didn't make it on the first shuttle and were still waiting- no second shuttle was in service as promised. We were all so exhausted that it was *almost* comical at this point. Zero stars- would never recommend.

We got a room with a jacuzzi. The hot water wouldn't turn off, so we called the front desk for help. The person who came refused to put on a mask even though I explained that our family is high risk for covid. She walked away in a huff instead. We finally got the water turned off, only to discover that any amount of moisture in the air (whether from the jacuzzi in the main room, which didn't have any ventilation, or even from the shower with the fan running) caused the entire room to get DAMP. Our hanging clothes were wet. The sheets and pillows were wet. The floor had puddles, and they didn't go away. After taking a shower one morning, there was one puddle under the bed that was still there the following morning. No wonder there was mold in the bathroom and the door looked like it had water damage at the bottom. It was also filthy and poorly clean. I've stayed in a lot of cheap motels, but I've never had an experience like this. Revolting.

Last week my wife,brother and myself spent 3 nights at this hotel. We were amazed at the outstanding customer service we received from the entire hotel staff. They were friendly, courteous and very professional. We were upgraded to the club level which provided some very nice additional amenities. Our rooms were recently renovated (very tastefully) and the room was immaculate. The entire property including the common areas and property grounds were well cared for. The front desk manager (****nia) was a breath of fresh air as she consistently provided us with the highest level of service. We will definitely be staying at this property for any future upcoming visits to the area.

Bel posto per stare. Nessun rumore. Abbiamo dormito come un bambino. Non abbiamo mangiato colazione, ma ha un buon odore. La stanza era un po' piccola ma comoda. Ti piacerà il tuo soggiorno. Veramente pulito. Le persone sono amichevole

Molto pulito, molto pulito, letti molto comodi, personale molto amichevole e utile. Internet gratuito, parcheggio gratuito, check-out del pranzo è bello non essere spenta fuori, bello essere in grado di dormire in. Ha avuto mini frigo in camera caffè, microonde, e in camera in sicurezza. Si raccomanda molto.

Ho soggiornato in questa proprietà più volte negli ultimi tre anni o così. È la mia posizione quando non ho bisogno di rimanere in città. È proprio fuori I-90. Circa 30 minuti dalla zona Wrigley in traffico normale. Parcheggio gratuito, a differenza della maggior parte delle proprietà addiacenti O'Hare. La colazione è inclusa e molto buona con molte opzioni. Il personale è competente. Non ho mai avuto problemi. Tutte le camere che avevo avuto sono state tranquille, pulite e ben mantenute. Il mio ultimo soggiorno è stato il 17 marzo 2022 e ho già una prenotazione qui in un prossimo futuro. Se si guida e vuole risparmiare qualche denaro visitando Chicago, questo posto è perfetto.

La posizione migliore se dovete tornare in affitto prima di volare. Solo 3 minuti di guida. Le strutture dell'hotel sono state recentemente ristrutturate e tutto è a posto! La stanza ha assolutamente tutto quello che avrete bisogno, buon caffè, attrezzatura, fulmini, bagno super pulito. (L'unico problema è che non offrono acqua nella stanza). Bella piscina e palestra. In fondo: hanno pagato il parcheggio, e il personale di check-in potrebbe essere più gentile. Hanno interagito con me e altri ospiti stranieri in modo piuttosto bossico.
