It is a fisherman's dream with the well-known Watauga River, trophy trout fishing at your front door and the Watauga Lake, a "Bill Dance Signature Lake, which also offers boating and swimming on its peaceful waters within 15 minutes. Boone Lake, South Holston Lake and River are also just a short drive away. This area also provides many access points to the Appalachian Trail within a short drive as well as many other hiking trails to lookouts, waterfalls and nature hotspot. Ski Resorts in Beech Mountain, NC and Sugar Mountain, NC are less than 40 miles away. The iconic Bristol Motor Speedway is just 17 minutes from our driveway.
