Территория очень большая.
Но не соответствует названию Garden: площадь отеля большая, но не ухоженная, ни разу не видел людей, которые что-то убирали. Приехал в отель в дождь: персонал не подготовил места в ресторане, в итоге отдыхающие не могли найти себе место для приёма пищи. На обслуживающем персонале Senza экономит. Анимации нет в принципе. Наблюдается активность людей для платных услуг ( хамам/ массаж, поездки по магазинам и т. д.) номера большие,

Bardzo polecam ten hotel miła obsługa, pyszne jedzenie i super a**osfera. Polecam również zajęć do Bistro Baru nad barem przy basenie jest tam super jedzenie przygotowywane na miejscu można sobie wybrać z karty na co się ma ochotę. Wieczorem bar zamienią się w restauracje do której trzeba zrobić rezerwację. Wieczorem jest tam wykwintna kolacja z przystawkami, pysznym daniem głównym i wyśmienitym deserem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, dbają by na stole zawsze było czysto i o to żeby każdy miał wybrany przez siebie napój. Wieczorami są anomacjw dla dzieci oraz impreza. Kelnerzy latają jak mrowki żeby wszyscy byli zadowoleni co jest ogromnym plusem. Bardzo polecam ten hotel na wakacje.

Bardzo fajni animatorzy, trochę za mało wieczorów tematycznych, dobre jedzienie i świetna a**osfera. Fajne baseby i aquapark. Dużo dodatkowych płatnych atrakcji, polecam spa i łaźnie. Fajny hotel lepsZy poza sezonem

Senza garden holiday Club oteline eşim ve çocuğumla geldim.İlk defa geldiğin bir otel.Açıkçası tedirgin geldim,ama otele bayıldık,muhteşem bir otel.Resepsyon.Servis.animasyon.Yemek.Temizliğe hepsi muhteşem,herkese tavsiye ederim.

Senza Garden Holiday Club'' Antalya Konaklı'da ki otelde eşim ve kızımla bir tatil satın aldık. Otel tek kelimeyle sıkıntı. Her sene tatile giden bir aileyiz ve gittiğim en kötü, en saygısız, en pis oteldi. Yemekler kötü, restoran felaket kokuyor. Odalar temizlenmiyor ve rutubet kokuyor. Türk-Rus ayrımcılığı yapılıyor. Tamamen Ruslara yönelik bir otel. ''Türksen gi**e zaten senin memnuniyetin asla umurlarında değil. Restoranda kapılar açılmadan önce çalışanlar manzaralı masalara eşya bırakıyor ve yemeğe gelen Ruslara masaları satıyorlar. Ne kadar manzarası güzel bir otelde tatil satın aldım diye düşünsen de zaten sen para vermezsen o manzarada oturamıyorsun. Otelde içecek olmaması sebebiyle öğle yemeğinde bardaki personeller içki dağıttılar, alıp alamayacağımızı sordum ve ''buyurun hanımefendi'' dedikleri için aldım ve masama geldim. Ardından restoran sorumluları gelip masamızdaki içkiyi toplamaya başladılar. Eşim sinirlendi ve bir süre tartışıldı. Sonrasında otel yetkilileri bizi odadan çıkarttılar. Kızımın güneşten yüzünde yanık oluştuğu için doktor sorduğumuzda doktor yok, hemşire var, o da size bakmaz, en yakın hastaneyi tarif edelim dediler. Müşteri kovan bir otelcilik anlayışı. Tamamen kötü bir otel, her şey çok kötüydü. Tatilimizi yarım bırakmak zorunda kaldık.

Our room was in the main part of the hotel,rubbish emptied daily along with beds made and floors cleaned. Room with access onto a terrace was extremely comfortable, sun loungers outside of door. We are in our 70’s, and after talking to reception staff, we were given a lift up to the restaurant every day. It’s a very hilly area we enjoyed a slow walk back to the main building.Restaurant had a good selection of food. Shuttle bus will take you down to the beach where you can relax plenty of free sun loungers. Food and drink available. We especially enjoyed the pizza. You have to pay for wi fi and the safe but not too much. We found all of the staff friendly and tried their best. All of reception,management had reasonable English. Alanya is a beautiful area and there are lots of trips available. Don’t expect 5 star. This is a budget hotel excellent value for what you get.

The resort place have a niece view but it's very hilly so if you don't like walk up and down every time choose different place. Reception staff are rude if you not talking Russian ,and they barley talking English. Restaurant staff are nice and kind for a change , food isn't bad but similar every day , from fruits just watermelon apples and oranges . No ice cream served. It's stinks by the pool bar and quee at evening to grab a drink it's about half hour because mostly one person it's working by the bar. The range of cocktails are poor and served in cheap quality plastic cups. Aquapark it's open just few hours a day. Garden looks like nobody care about it with grass till knees. Entertainment side it's horrible, nothing to do there just some disco at evening playing mostly Russian hits. If you would like to use WiFi you need to pay for it.At the beach it's construction side not fault of the hotel but if you would like to have a rest by the sea side keep it in mind. In the resort it's a shop which gonna rip you off. Overall everything looks old there and need more attention because definitely isn't that standard for 5 star hotel.

I had nice experience food are very nice staff helpful and views amazing. Don't listen about bad reviews.hotel room clean and tidy every day staff cleaning rooms. Drinks are nice to. If its raining you will have problem to find a seat in a restaurant .Efe was nice guy

1 week all inclusive at SENZA garden holiday club. Really enjoyed ourselves, very lovely staff especially Efe. Amazing views over the seas and zip line is something that has to be tried by everyone, great experience! Lovely lunch down by the beach of burgers and pizzas!
