Hotel Mirabell

Sabri the entertainer was class, he made our holiday. Hotel was clean, food wasn't the best for me. Bar staff especially the lady( didn't get her name) were amazing, I would generally go back to see sabri again, we had a great time. Couldn't grumble for the price.

Just returned from lovely holiday . I read reviwes before i arrived but left it to my own opinions . Glad i did as really don't know what people expect for the money . Hotel was very clean beds and towels done every day . Staff friendly but don't speak much English however still done their best to help . Pools and pool areas kept really clean .beach is not amazing but they eventually finished jetty last few days . No food was available on beach had to return to hotel which is only through unberpass . Bar didnt do cocktail menu and never saw icecreams been served . Plenty choice of snacks in afternoon. Wouldn't say was 4 star hotel maybe 2 or 3 at a push . Lots of choice of salads and desserts but lots of chicken . Never seen so many things done with chicken. Will definitely return next May if price is like this year .

Worsted hotel ever staf rude nothing to do with 4 Star i call hostel. No all inclusive at all no cocktails no whiskey no brandy .. food taribible staff rude beach dengerus to go to the whether no space around the pools 😞😞

She is very unfriendly and act like a teenager when asked for help. She hate her job, she hate hotelguests and hate children. She sighs all the time and look sleepy. Also 90% of the restaurant staff is serving food while playing with their phones. Disaster!! Rooms in bad condition, pool full of dirt and noone is cleaning, dark at evening so you have to go around with flashlight. Elevator doesnt work on some floors, he have to carry our baby in the troller down the stairs from 4th floor, even tho we told them about the elevator 5 days earlier. Food running out after 30 minutes and no refill, when asknstaff they say "finish" even if the seating is for another 90 minutes. Long que to the Coca Cola maschine, food getting cold as you wait so long. Not enough seat places and staff not cleaning tables fast enough. Very filthy servings, no name tags on food and cold food.Choose any other hotell, this is a nightmare. We will be checking out tonight. We cant take this any longer.

This hotel claims to be a four star hotel which is greatly exaggerated. However, its a decent two star hotel and if you can get it reasonable price its worth a visit. Most of the employees are polite and helpful but the challenge might be many of the guests expect something which this hotel does not offer - four star experience. Sunbeds need to be reserved night before if you want to use them :-D

I don’t know why this hotel is sold as 4 stars ultra all inclusive, it has nothing to do with these standards. I stayed in many other hotels in Turkey before and this was even worse than 3 stars ones. Even without taking into account how the rooms and bathrooms look like (especially bathrooms urgently need refurbishment), the services were awful. Food: disgusting. Same rubbish every day, left food is processed into some ragu next day, old food is served and we had a food poisoning one day with vomiting and diarrhoea. I think, they use old cheeses from breakfasts to bake traditional flat breads next days. When some sausages are not eaten, they are used in stews or salads next day. there were always lines for bread, chips, nuggets. No juices for breakfast, one type of white bread for breakfast only, no fruits at all (just whether melon or watermelon), meat and fish choices are extremely poor, bar drinks are poor, patisserie cakes are low quality not tasty things. Beach food is ridiculously bad. E.g. boiled pasta with some plain white sauce. And when it’s served on plastic plates by the grumpy staff, it looked like they paid us money for coming there not another way around. Staff is extremely unhappy at this place and they reflect this attitude to the customers. Male waiters at the restaurant were smiling and chatting but two female waiters one at the restaurant and another at the bar: ok, I don’t ask you to smile at me all the time but at least don’t look at me like I killed your whole family, come on. One guy ordered some vodka from this female bar staff and she made such a face, she grimaced like : ugh vodka. It’s not your bloody business, girl, this guy is a paid customer and only wants what he paid for. They definitely need to improve their customer service skills. One guy at the reception who speaks English wasn’t too honest with extra charges and he said us the card machine doesn’t work asking for cash only. Next day we paid by card to a day receptionist and smaller amount. But two receptionists : a young woman and a young man who speak Russian very well ( I think, this man mentioned he is from Turkmenistan), they were very nice , helpful and adequate. Hamam experience was awful, I don’t want to sound intolerant or biased but it’s not run by Turkish people at all. Therefore no traditional experience and quality. Pools are ok but as they are separated it’s not too convenient with children to run from one to another. But it’s always a fight for the sun lounges as it’s a few of them, and the pool bar’s floor is never wiped during a day and is dangerously slippery. There wasn’t a bulb in the female toilet by the pool and they didn’t fix it during 10 days we were there. You have to do it during a completely darkness. The beach is ok but they need to mention that it’s very rocky and not child friendly at all. Generally, I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to buy true 4 stars all inclusive experience. It doesn’t provide it.

A very economical hotel, really not worth 4 stars, the rooms smell of mold, the staff is rude, one night the waiters had a fight in front of everyone. There are few sunbeds by the pool, if you don't get a spot early in the morning, you will be without a sunbed all day. The coast by the sea is rocky, we fell several times while boarding, came back with bruises, swimming is dangerous because the waves beat you into the rocks. The food is poor, the drinks are very poor. There is a mess everywhere, uncollected dishes, dirty tables, and poor dishes. There is almost no animation, I do not recommend going to this hotel because the price-quality ratio does not correspond to reality.

Very positive expirience in this hotel, food was good, every one from hotel service is positive. For big plus is Animation team, they are very funny and helpfull. Gave a lot of fun for us while we was there. Animators have the best party, clubs at Alanya. I heartily recommend for everyone.

the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. very short walk to the private beach there's a wide pier where you can go and relax. food choice wasn't great similar everyday there was one day when they had doner kebab kids loved that. if you like shopping can take one bus to either konakli or Antalya. its the cheapest hotel compared to all the surrounding ones. they also do burgers and drinks by the beach 5 to 5pm
