The lobby was under construction. ****** users were fighting in the hallway. The fire alarm went off in the early morning and when asked what's going on the staff said "if there was a real fire we would be knocking on doors".

Building was dated, which was fine. When we got to our room, there was some sort of bodily fluid smeared and dried on the wall. There was hair all over in the bathroom and shower, stuck on the shampoo and conditioner bottles. Some towels and bedding had makeup on them. The pool had bugs floating in it.
The staff working the breakfast buffet was fantastic. He was super helpful and all the food was always stocked.

This hotel maybe older but clean. The suite with a dividing door was great because I was abe to teach my online class and my wife could be in the bedroom with another TV. Breakfast had a good variety: oatlmeal, eggs and sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereals, bagels, english muffins. Plenty of choices

Traveled with family members for weekend gathering in NW Chicago suburbs. Three adults in two rooms. One room rated excellent; other room good, but had distinct smell & linens were uncharacteristically rough.

The location was good. The facility was incredibly outdated. Maybe 1980 era. The bathroom sink was cracked etc.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Manager (owner?) was rude. The room was clean but the bathroom was run down. Everything looks like it was painted by blindfolded painters… really sloppy looking.
Bed was comfortable enough but the square pillows were undersized and flat.
The coffee was decent and the breakfast was adequate.

Room was fine. Clean and updated, if a bit dated. Staff polite. Screaming uncontrolled children was an issue and the walls and doors do not keep the noise out. Breakfast was ok, not great, I have definitely had better quality. Biggest issue is the nonexistent WiFi. It’s kind of there but so slow it’s not usable. Poorest WiFi I have had in a stay. If you’re a business person find another place to stay if you require service.

While the property and breakfast were good. My room had specks of feces in the bathtub. The bathtub stopper also did not work.
