Within 1 km from the hotel there are: the Elbrus ski resort, training slopes, the Tubing Cross attraction, as well as the Azau waterfall. The Cheget Ski Lift is 2 km from the hotel, while the Elbrus Ski Lift is 3 km away. The nearest railway station is located in Nalchik, 128 km away, and the airport is located there — 127 km from the hotel.

Очень близко к подъемнику. Номера приличные, чистые. Есть чайник и принадлежности. Завтрак и ужин приготовлены по домашнему. Нет лифта, подниматься нелегко. С горы можно доехать до дверей входа в отель. Красивые виды из окна. Продуктовый магазин рядом.

Отель просто отличный. Самое лучшее месторасположение на поляне Азау. Номер очень красивый, аутентичный. В отеле «Шахерезада» интерьер выполнен в восточном стиле, прям заморочились). Питание просто сказка. Все оооочень вкусное, а самое главное для меня: по-домашнему) Персонал очень приятный и приветливый. В общем, восторг! Рекомендую! Жили тут неделю.

В "люксе" на 3м этаже видимо не убирали нормально месяцами - пауки и засохшие мухи за занавесками. Волосы и пятна на раковине и в душевой кабине, плесень и грязь на стенах. Забытое нижнее белье предыдущих жильцов на полотенцесушителе, остатки одноразовых гелей в душевой кабинке. Наборы для чистки зубов и тапочки выдали только по требованию. Администратор не реагирует на просьбы сделать уборку в душевой. На повторное замечание делают недовольное лицо, что они типа убрали, пока мы были на ужине, и все должно быть в порядке. Потом с видом огромного одолжения выдали, что они приняли к сведению и извиняяяяются. В общем учтите, что им совершенно пофиг на ваши пожелания, и так сойдет. Сам номер на люкс тоже не тянет - площадь маленькая, балкон - бетонный со строительными лесами. Звукоизоляция очень так себе - сильно слышно работающую канатку и звуки из соседних номеров. Из плюсов - очень близко к канатке. Есть своя парковка. Еда очень приличная, по-домашнему, и большие порции.

Обычный отель со всем необходимым для проживания в горах. Расположен очень близко к подъемнику. Завтраки и ужины очень сытные хотя не по системе шведский стол. Персонал спокойный и приветливый. Рекомендую.
