O Hotel está bem localizado, num local muito sossegado, mesmo o local ideal para descansar. Todos os colaboradores do hotel, prestáveis e simpáticos. O hotel a meu ver, só teve três problemas, poucos produtos para o regime de “Tudo Incluído”, muito repetitivo nas refeições e servia bolos para sobremesa a saber a produtos descongelados.

An amazing hotel tucked on a small hill overlooking the local marina. If you relish a quiet break with great food, this is the place for you. Having said that the entertainment team are there throughout the day and provide entertainment at night. Serviced with 2 pools, a poolside bar with food and a spa this is a great place to stop. Be aware the pools don’t open until 11:00 a.m. but there is no need to rush down and leave towels as there are numerous sun beds always available. Rooms are clean and the hotel generally spotless. The food can’t be faulted and theme nights add a special twist. Would I go back? Yes!

Our room was ready on arrival despite arriving 2 hours before check-in time. We had a lovely surprise when we got to our room, we had been given a junior suite and a bottle of cava. The staff from housekeeping through to management are second to none, always courteous and smiling, definitely the hotels main asset. The food is as always of a very good standard with many things to choose from. We really can't fault the hotel, which is why we return year after year (6th visit), although we were a little disappointed that the blue bar is no longer open.

I stayed here for a week with my daughter and loved every minute of that week, the hotel ,staff and outside areas were fantastic, there was a great variety of food and drinks we will definitely be going back. We are going to book our next stay very soon.

Myself and my husband visited this hotel between 10th-17th June. With it only being my husband's second time abroad, we wanted something all inclusive to save some money. When we arrived, we were greeted by reception well, only thing is they forgot to give us the card for the lights, and forgot to tell us that the wristbands are used to open the doors. We were a bit shocked that you have to pay for the snacks, even on All Inclusive, as this is not advertised on TUI nor the website when booking. However, if you were all inclusive, you got 30% off snacks. We took advantage of this a couple of times as we began to get bored of the buffet style lunch towards our last two days. The rooms were lovely, clean, tidy and great air-con as well. The beds are enormous, so much room! They had Summer quilts which was great because it was so warm during the duration of our stay. There was a thicker quilt and two spare pillows in the wardrobe though should we have needed/wanted them. The hotel itself was gorgeous, it's very large but you soon find your way around. As other reviews have said, it is quite remote and on top of a hill so that would need to be taken into consideration for those that may struggle. There's a small supermarket at the bottom of the hill which doesn't sell much but it's fine for most things you may need/run out of. We noticed that they don't sell cigarettes/tobacco though so bare that in mind if you smoke as it may be worth getting some at the airport if you want it. We did make the venture into El Rompido on the 2nd day, which is stated on Google as a 20 minute walk. Please be advised, it's certainly not 20 minutes, it took us 45, and in the heat it can be difficult as there wasn't much shaded areas to pause/rest. The pools are gorgeous. There's one by the pool bar, which is the one we frequented most. There's another pool on the lower level, which we only used once as it's very deep. I'm only 5ft1 and the bottom pool is marked as 1.60-1.70m all the way around, so it was more difficult for me to swim in that one as I like to touch the floor. The pools are very clean, tested daily and we found no faults here. We enjoyed the pool as the perfect way to cool down when the sun became a bit too hot. The cocktails at the pool bar are lovely, granted they are from a machine - and likely watered down some - they tasted amazing either way. My husband mainly drank San Miguel as part of the All inclusive, and he occasionally had a cocktail/spirits. There was a bartender who we were quite fond of, named Adrián who got to the point of remembering which drinks we wanted whenever we went up to the bar. This made us feel very welcomed and he was genuinely a really great guy. An asset to the team. The hotel corridors had ice-cold water dispensers dotted around, which was an amazing aspect for us as it meant we could refill our bottles when heading out, or going to bed. There's gorgeous Balinesa beds by each pool, however these were at a cost of €

I would firstly say if you like an explore and like shops this isn’t the place for you. As only a small supermarket 5 mins down hill. But if you just want to go to relax and rest this is the place to go. We arrived at the hotel around 12.30 we flew into Seville and got an Uber to the hotel around 1 hour 20 mins away and cost £120.00 but we did know this when we booked holiday. Reception staff were friendly and helpful at check-in and gave us our room before 2pm which was great. Room was very clean and cleaned every day very good. We were looking over tennis courts but we didn’t pay for pool or sea view. Could upgrade if you wanted to. Weather was absolutely amazing for our stay so very lucky. Pool area was very clean so many Sunbeds no rush always would find one any time of day. Pools were very nice. loved relaxing. Food was nice always found a variety of food to eat. Fish meat pasta rice etc. Staff work very hard and they do have limited English but we are in their country so maybe why don’t those people who moan about it learn spanish. All staff worked very hard clearing tables and taking drink orders. Finally Sara guest relations lady in reception very friendly and knowledgeable about the area . If you need anything on your stay try to find her she will help you. Sara ordered us a taxi back to the airport very efficient. Thank you Sara. Me and my husband would return as we feel a very relaxing pleasant break.

Nice hotel, clean and good service given but in middle of nowhere. All inclusive but you have to pay for snacks and ice creams at the pool bar and alcohol very small measures more like drinking just pop. Food is same every day and night and if fussy eater this hotel not for you. If you smoke remember to take plenty as nowhere to purchase them in the surrounding area. Have problems with mosquito bites take repellent as there was loads of them I'm covered. States you get kettle in room nope but if you ask at reception they did get me one within 10 minutes which I was impressed with. Entertainment a bit to be desired and doesn't start till 10pm. Plenty of sunloungers around the 2 pools. Aircon in my room was very poor even on top setting not that it was needed much as turned chilly at night. Tui rep on site a few times which I was shocked to see. Shop in hotel but very limited in what it sells. If you need to phone reception from your room it's 9 nowhere tells you that. They give you a band if all inclusive that actually opens your room very good idea don't need the card given.
