L'hotel è un peccato! Nella stanza, la bolla non è luminosa, non può essere utilizzata, la cassetta di sicurezza non può essere utilizzata. rispondi che la bolla non va bene... il telefono non va bene, la cassetta di sicurezza non funziona bene... è un vero detto!

The hotel is slowly being renovated so we had a really fresh room; very clean and smart. The breakfast was great with a range of items, including some healthy options (oatmeal, fresh-ish bagels). The lobby is clean and spacious. The location is great: walkable to downtown bars and to the border crossing. The first room overlooked the expressway which is incredibly noisy, so we asked for a replacement and got a lovely room overlooking the city.

I grew up in El Paso and returned for a vacation with my husband and the area sure has grown. I selected Holiday Inn Express since breakfast is included and perfect before we start the day with activities (White Sands, Hueco Tanks, Carlsbad Caverns). We had a king suite which was a big size and had a sofa to sit on. Plenty of pillows (firm and soft are available). Plenty of drawers and closet space with a safe. We stayed 4 nights, so unpacked totally for our stay. Lots of electrical plugs. The breakfast attendant for all of our days was Erica and she was very pleasant. She provided some updates to me regarding my high school and other areas around town. The breakfast was hot and yummy cheese omelettes, plus many treats. The hotel takes COVID 19 and cleaning seriously. The front door area had wipes and so did the exercise room. The breakfast area offered gloves for all guests and masks. There was an outside pool but we didn't use it. Parking is offered all around the hotel and a key card is needed to enter from the back which is good security. Many restaurants are in walking distance or short drive. We would return.

El Paso is a superb city, and this hotel is very close to being superb as well. The place looks and feels brand new. Our 2QN room was spacious, well-lit, comfy and pretty much flawless. For our first morning, the breakfast was inviting and tasty, but for some reason the entire breakfast area (incl. coffee) was roped off and closed the next morning, which is why I’m only giving the hotel four stars.
