Nacpan Beach Villas Managed by H Hospitality Group

Отель состоит из глэмпинга (шатры), 3-х этажный корпус со стандартными номерами, небольшие виллы и виллы побольше двухэтажные. Удивило, что при уборке не пополняют мини-бар, чай, кофе, воду. Стоимость виллы примерно 350$/сутки. Пляж красивый и можно если пройти налево из отеля побыть в полнейшем одиночестве.

We spent 5 nights at this resort, the Villas are great, very clean even though I would add something to dry wet clothes would be very useful. The restaurant was poor, we struggled for breakfast, the quality was very low and the choice was quite intense (garlic rice, corned beef, sardines), coffee nearly undrinkable and the bread was not nice, one evening we tried the restaurant for supper the nachos were ok but super greasy the fish and chicken expensive and nearly uneatable, kindly the manager discounted the fish. The beach was great but the NIk NIk were a complete pest! The only warning you get for NiK NIk is a fast warning that quickly disappears when you are trying to connect to the internet, considering the problem they have with this (we accumulated over 100 bites between 2 people) the hotel should immediately inform guest and provide good quality coconut oil to apply. The same thing happened in Thailand and there was coconut oil everywhere. We purchased coconut oil after 48h at the pharmacy (as you don’t realise you are bitten until 24h later) but the smell of this coconut oil was unbearable, we still applied it together with mosquito repellent. The supervisor of the villa was fantastic, and so was the chap cooking marshmallow and making fire at the glancing site, some stuff at the restaurant totally didn’t have a clue and could do with more training.

Lovely hotel, great beach and great staff! We stay in a premium beach villa. Compact and bijou. A very comfortable bed. It’s all about the location which is right on Nacpan beach, a 3 km bay. There is very little development here so it’s blue sea, white sand and green jungle backdrop. The hotel has a sea turtle hatchery and we were lucky enough to see them release about 50 babies into the sea. An amazing experience. The hotel and glamping has a restaurant attached which serves a wide range of foods and also a pizza oven which serves decent pizzas. There are a number of local restaurants nearby which serve the incoming day trippers, most close early evening but a bit further on there is 3 beach restaurants that stay open. Plus there’s the Mad Monkey hostel which is a lively place to go with a drink or food. The staff at the hotel are lovely, smiley and friendly. Myrla at the reception near the villas was a great help when our flight was cancelled and she went above and beyond to help us. Making numerous phone calls and even lending us her phone to ring our agent (there’s no signal here). Thank you Myrla for all your help. This is a great place to come for some R&R.

Great stay, great beach and awesome staff ! Front desk team and Merla was very helpful! Made the trip very easy, from airport pick up and transfer, ordering food from the Summai Restaurant, great Spa. Everything will be done for you, if you request it.

The villas are a 5 star resort. My wife and I spent 3 nights in the duplex villa. It was as two stories tall and it was beautiful and clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The front desk lady Merla was very pleasant and happy to assist us with whatever we needed. She made us feel welcome and gave 5 star service to us. She grew up locally and was able to answer questions about the Nacpan beach area in general which was very insightful. Thank you Marla for the attention you gave us!!! True 5 star service!!!

Brilliant stay. Staff were so attentive and helpful, also were so polite. Turtle sanctuary made the whole experience even better! Amenities were brilliant, Dyson hairdryer and fully automatic toilet with heated seat was a lovely touch. Would recommend this place to everyone, faultless stay :)
