Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.

Le camere sono belle e pulite, ma le strutture sono scarse per il prezzo. Il personale di gestione è estremamente rude e insopportabile ai problemi. Ero in un parco acquatico che mi faceva andare in un tubo e mentre mi aiutava nel tubo la mia mano si scivolò fuori dalla mano degli ospiti e cadde in fondo colpendo il mio basso retro sulle scale di cemento. Ero estremamente agonia e non potevo respirare. Non lo sapevo all’epoca, ma mi aveva rotto una ossa nel retro. L’assistente mi chiese se potessi camminare per le cinque scale e gli ho detto che potevo quasi muovermi. Egli disse che l’olio era nel tubo sulla strada che dovevo fare. Era escrescente. All'inizio della mia auto, ho detto a quel ospite cosa è successo e mi ha detto di andare al centro sanitario dell'hotel. Avrebbe dovuto chiamare la sicurezza per aiutarmi a tornare all'hotel. Mia figlia mi ha aiutato lentamente a tornare all'hotel. Mi è stato detto di presentare una relazione con la sicurezza che mi ha portato alla clinica dell'hotel. Pensavo che qualcuno avrebbe dovuto guardarla, soprattutto perché erano parzialmente responsabili, ma mi è stato detto che potevo pagare con carta di credito o pagare la visita alla mia stanza. Dovevo rimanere altri due giorni, ma ho deciso di lasciare un giorno prima per essere esaminato in America da un medico che conoscevo. Non rimborsero l'ultimo giorno del mio soggiorno, ma avevano il nervo di offrirmi un ”checkout tardivo” per un giorno che era già stato pagato. Per aggiungere insulto al danno mi hanno sovraccaricato $50/day che fortunatamente ho catturato prima di partire. Il fatto che la mia conferma della stanza abbia un tasso diverso, quando il censimento dell'hotel è salito, è stato spiegato.
