Ma è la qualità della famosa catena di vacanze in Asia sudorientale, quasi dimenticata in Egitto.Aprire la porta è la spiaggia e il mare, la consapevolezza del servizio del personale è molto buona, e il spa è anche un tecnico indonesiano specializzato.El Gouna è molto meno degli Hurghada vicini, il primo posto per giorni nel Mar Rosso!

This hotel is very good for the price you pay. I just want to mention that if you're a foodie this might not be the best place for you. All the show-cooking tasted good because it was just made. The food on the platters however was often cold which is quite unfortunate. I went two times and the second time I immediately wondered why I had actually gone back. I think I forgot the little negative things form the first trip. The also try to sell u something from the wellness center and camel rides. I did ride a camel and it was fun but it was pretty annoying to have to reject them every time. So for a budget holiday this is great but don't expect the same experience as for example Riu or whatever

My kids (2 year old and 2 month old baby), wife and I stayed at the Creek Hotel in early Dec 24 and honestly, it was one of the best holidays we have had. The staff are definitely what makes this place special. We became great friends with all the staff there, some who we got the name of and others who we didn't get their name but equally, all were wonderful and so professional. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a big smile by Ziad at reception and welcome drinks were quickly followed. After checking in and before going to our room, we went for evening dinner at the main restaurant and had a warm welcome from Mr Boules (manager) and then amazing service from Tamer. Nothing was too much trouble, drinks were regularly replenished and plates taken away quickly. We were provided with a high chair for our toddler straight away and food was great. There was a big variety of mains, salads, fruits and dessert. We then went to our room and it was very spacious with a king sized bed and sofa bed. We opted for the studio with a plunge pool. The room was very clean and we were provided with a cot for our baby (need to request this at the front desk upon arrival). The pool was the best decision we made as our kids absolutely loved it, it was heated and both in the sun/shaded, depending on what time of the day you go in. It was private which was great for my wife as she wears the hijab but we did have the occasional person walk by as the main hotel beach is right behind the pool, and is easily accessible from your room/pool on the ground floor. There was also a small playground for children which we made use of most days, our toddler loved this. Every day onwards was the same high level of service, with friendly smiles all around and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were great with our toddler who they were always making the effort to talk to and play with. By the end of the holiday, he was so spoilt and comfortable with everyone (he definitely had the best time out of us all). We also wanted to say thank you to: * Tamer, we built a really good friendship with him and he was very professional, friendly and so welcoming * All the wait staff and chefs at the restaurant, there were too many to name but they went out of their way for us every time we were there * Ziad and Kareem on reception * Asmi, Islam, Amr in the food and drinks service * The staff in the spa were very professional when we had our treatments (pedicure and massage) * The managers, again too many to name but Mr Boules, Mr Wagdih and Mr Ibraheem were lovely * Ahmed and Abdullah the pool staff/lifeguards * Also, all the hardworking cleaners, who go unseen but keep the place looking great All of you made our trip an amazing and unforgettable experience, and we would definitely recommend to friends/family and would 100% stay here again.

È un bel hotel con un buon lavoro che vi piace e il cibo è anche molto buono. E 'un piccolo e tranquillo luogo dove si può riposare per voi stessi. Le persone che si divertono intorno alla piscina hanno anche un team di animazione che svolge attività diverse durante il giorno e la sera.

Siamo stati in questo Resort 10 giorni fa. Molto bello,noi avevamo il Bouwngalow sulla laguna,meraviglioso.La camera molto bella e molto pulita grazie al ragazzo che se ne occupava Mahmoud. Camerieri molto disponibili spesso non si trova in altri resort, complimenti a tutto il personale. Sconsiglio la ”Spa”se così si può chiamare,prezzi alle stelle per essere in Egitto propormi cose al doppio dell'Italia lo trovo un po' troppo esagerato.Mia figlia voleva le unghie,l'abbiamo accontentata e solo per aver messo lo smalto senza fissante 20 euro,potevo metterglielo io e lo smalto mi sarebbe costato molto meno.Sconsiglio assolutamente se non volete essere fregati. Il mangiare buono ma scarso,la cucina italiana non dovrebbero farla se non sanno come cucinarla. Un grossa pecca purtroppo abbia.o trovato il sole ma c'era freddo,in piscina non si poteva entrare ,l'acqua era ghiacciata... perché non riscaldarla come fanno la maggior parte dei resort?! Il mare lontano ma bellissimo,si va in barca. Per il poco che ho visto in Egitto ci tornerò.

Bella struttura molto curata ed elegante. Un 5 stelle con uno staff attento e altamente professionale. Una menzione particolare: al responsabile del ristorante, Mr. A. Salam, che con la sua attenzione, simpatia e stile ci ha regalato un soggiorno piacevolissimo ed a Moussa, il cameriere che ci ha coccolato ogni giorno della vacanza anticipando ogni nostra esigenza. Grazie per l'ospitalità sincera e mai invadente.
