Arrivati all'alloggio siamo stati dirottati in altra struttura che secondo loro era migliore. La motivazione è del solito sistema informatico che ha creato il problema, in realtà hanno dato la stanza ad altri che evidentemente avevano prenotato più giorni. Eravamo troppo stanchi del viaggio per fare ******. Siamo rimasti delusi pure perché la località era carina e invece abbiamo trascorso la notte un palazzone a 4 stelle che ne valeva si o no 2.

Gli hotel con appartamenti di tipo alberghiero sono tutti all'interno delle nostre aspettative. Ci sarebbe piaciuto poter prenotare una vista mare... L'effetto del trattamento è sorprendente

El servicio impecable,nos ofrecieron una habitación superior a nuestra reserva y quedamos realmente sorprendidos y encantados con la habitación,el desayuno buffet,no está nada mal y el sitio en general nos gustó mucho. Es ideal para una escapada romántica o fin de semana con niños,la ubicación es perfecta para visitar los por los de alrededor o darse un baño en playas preciosas.Muy recomendable.

Las instalaciones auunque se va notando el paso del tiempo son una autentica pasada. El sentir que estás dentro de un pueblo, con su plaza, su capilla...la sensación es increible. Quizás me faltaría algún mirador donde poder observar las vistas desde el acantilado, pero al tener una habitación con vistas, no fué mayor problema.

ho prenotato una suite vista mare (e per fortuna che era una suite…). Camera vecchia, sporcizia ovunque, mobili che cascavano a pezzi. La sera ci accorgiamo che ci sono formiche ovunque nella zona cucina, ci cambiano la camera, in quella nuova capelli ovunque nel bagno e asciugamani sporchi. La mattina parliamo col direttore e troviamo un accordo per andarcene. Dopodiché lo staff inizia prenderci in giro, ad alzare la voce e a prenderci a male parole. Il direttore, incredibilmente, tiene la parte dello staff più maleducato mai visto in tutto il mondo. Qualsiasi cosa risponderà il direttore non credetegli: trovarà scuse o, addirittura, accuserà noi. Concludendo: se vi piace una location sporca, mal tenuta, vecchia, e senza nessuna tutela per il cliente andateci, altrimenti state lontani da questo posto orrendo.

Gli appartamenti vista mare hanno terrazzi con vista spettacolare. Questa è stata la quarta volta su sette anni che siamo venuti a Pueblo Acantilado. Purtroppo i segni del tempo sulla struttura e gli arredi iniziano a farsi sentire e necessiterebbero di ricambio e manutenzione,da migliorare anche il wifi. Per il resto personale gentile.Per un caffè, una birra o un tinto de verano si va al White bar dal simpatico e disponibile Sebastiano

La vista mare è bellissima, l’appartamento è bello spazioso, il mobilio un po’ vecchietto.

Firstly I'd like to say this place is absolutely stunning and looks like a quaint little village. As we arrived at 2am we were taken to our room and as we opened the door to the balcony ( which was so tiny, you couldn't stand on it) I was staring at wall. We went back down the hill and paid €60 to upgrade to a pool view balcony. The breakfast in the morning was freezing cold, I asked for a fresh egg and she just pointed for me to pick up the cooked ones. The omelettes and eggs were freezing. This place is very hilly and there was no supermarket onsite or even near by to buy drinks. The pool bar was only open 1 day out of our 7 day stay and if you went to get a drink from the restaurant bar you had to chase the staff or wait at least 20 minutes as my husband did twice (not the staffs fault as they were run off their feet) . We caught the bus and train a couple of times which was also essential to get supplies for your room as it was way too hot to wait around for drinks. We were not told when we arrived that the pool bar would be closed and was even given a map and on there it stated it was open from 12 till 12 !!! Our room was amazing and have to say well done to the cleaners who came in every day with clean towels etc !! Overall a lovely holiday which would have had 5 stars 🌟 but let down by obvious management decisions. The staff were very polite and cheerful but obviously more staff needed for this beautiful place to function properly.

The most stunning room I ever stayed in! 5 stars I just for the room and view, there are negatives, but the room and the view was worth every penny spent. We hired a car from Malco at Alicante airport. Highly recommended the company! Drove to the hotel on the way to Benidorm for a night. I was taken way when I walked onto the balcony, hearing nothing but the sound of the sea catching against the rocks. Staff very friendly. Negatives:- food, we stayed half board and dinner was Luke warm and not a huge amount of options, breakfast was plentiful, but unfortunately anything cooked was Luke warm. There is nothing around the hotel, so a hire car is recommended, there are two other restaurants on site, but didn’t try them. As I said above, the room is 5 star in my eyes.. a junior suite btw block 12 room 1. I would return for another night, just to lay on a lounger in tranquility ❤️

Very nice hotel. Beautiful view!!! The only thing I didn’t like so much was the old furniture in the kitchen (I couldn’t open and close the fridge). But otherwise really great. My daughter loved the swimming pool.

situated at the cliff with fantastic view but no beach :-). you need a car when staying in the hotel and want to go to the beach (or might use the bus but we didnt try). older equipment but still working. new TV but all services restricted besides those from hotel. you cant login with netflix,...

If you have any mobility issues, pregnant, respiratory issues, you will need a car to get places out of the hotel. Taxis are not cheap. If you're non native make sure you get a cheap Spanish SIM card to use for cabify. They're are golf buggy to take you around complex but isn't always readily available. The place itself is picturesque. It really needs it's own little mini mart on site.

It is a very nice beautifull place and the hotel are helpfull and friendly. I highly recommend it. But… because it is a location with height differences, it is less suitable for people with a physical disability.
