Be careful of the misleading reviews. The hotel is ranked 4 star but does not provide hot water. After several complaints we were informed the geyser has been switched on and we may get hot water soon. So you pay a huge amount for bathing in cold water in windy conditions

The main building is very beautiful, the staff is amazing and very helpful. We stayed in one of the 5 houses for 1 night, it was really nice and cute but it was very windy outside and it was coldish inside, even with the heat on. We could hear the wind all night. We also could hear the neighbors. It isn't close to the city center (~45min walk) so u would need a taxi to move, but it is not hard to find one. Again, the place is beautiful and with such a great view on the lake. We cannot comment on the rooms in the main building, but the houses would need a better insulation, both from the wind and the neighbors.

This place was terrible. From an outdated facilities, broken toilets to unresponsive staff this place is to be avoided. After repeatedly telling the staff our toilet was not working right and the drain wasn’t working right. Then the water back flowed horribly, all over the bathroom floor, into the sink, the shower and then across the carpet in the bedroom and even my clothes. Even when I said this to the staff they didn’t jump to fix it! Rooms look like they haven’t been touched since the 1990s Walls are also paper thing. We heard the people above us getting ready at 5.30 in the morning. The only redeeming thing here is the breakfast staff who seems to try and put effort in.

We booked this hotel in advance for an express weekend trip. And we were blown away by the views not only from the guest lounge but also from our bedroom. The property does need some TLC, however considering that the area was badly hit by COVID I feel they’ve got leeway. The hotel team are amazing and I don’t use that term lightly. Two things I felt need improvement 1, the breakfast is lacking in variety. There are lots of sweet items but savory, not so much. The cakes are great but also the feral offering was lacking IMHO. 2, there is a small bar but it’s rarely manned. This will disappoint some guests who expect that a 4 star hotel should have a manned bar. Having the great view also means that the hotel is a short way out of town and is a good 30 minute walk (but it’s simple to get into town). The slight negatives aside I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would definitely revisit

The place is very nice. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and beautiful views. The place is well located, in front of the lake with an amazing view, Luciana from the front desk is outstanding. She clearly understands customer service and provides a five stars service to her customers, she is great with kids. The hotel also includes breakfast and during the night they open a good restaurant with good food. I will definitely come back.

We were not sure, if we should go there As anywhere else we found commentaries that were not perfect But booking .com gave them a plus and 4 thumbs up So we decided to make our own idea We were not disappointed Nice place Nice view Nice room Excellent service at the frontdesk byFacundo Very professionnal and helping ,always smiling Excellent breakfast serve by Felicidad A devoted lady and so charming So it worth sometime to avoid beliving peoples and go And see it by ourselves
