I had a great stay but dissapointed when I feel ripped off… I never write a review but felt I needed to make a comment… I accidentally booked the hotel for 1 person not 2.
The hotel states the extra charge fee was 1500 Egyptian pounds but if you book 2 people online and through this website, it’s half that cost….. the excuse the front desk staff member used was that we had to seperate the beds. For a 5 star hotel, that wasn’t an impressive comment. Having come previously from the st Regis hotel, this hotel just lost my repeat purchase. This was more the principal of the matter. Now he also charged me accidentally 1500 usd abs then had to refund that amount - you would really think out of that mistake alone, the front desk attendant would have used initiative to say I’ll drop that fee.

這是我埃及行中最滿意的酒店，沒有之一。酒店每個細節做的是行業的標桿。以後去中東旅行，首選Adress這個品牌。這裏的職員培訓到位，服務很好。在餐廳吃了二次晚餐，其中的番茄湯和甜點給我留下美好的印象。大堂那裡的晚霞很美。出了酒店可以去看看地中海的海灘，步行十五分鐘。早餐不錯，種類雖然不是很多，勝在精緻。總體很滿意。酒店有停車場。

Ottimo hotel tranquillo vicino al mare con piscina , spa fantastica con sauna bagno turco e piscina coperta , colazione buonissima , staf stupendo gentile , grazie a Mahmoud che ci ha fatto sentire benissimo da tornare sicuramente……………..

Una struttura di eccellenza, personale cortesissimo, davvero un'esperienza che non si dimentica. Consiglio a tutti questo resort, inserito in un contesto tranquillissimo ed ordinatissimo. Purtroppo il clima freddo non mi ha consentito di utilizzare la piscina, seppur riscaldata, causa vento forte.

Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc!
Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable.
Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely!
Furniture and food quality are outstanding too.
In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi

I went to have dinner in the open buffet restaurant…All is perfect..i am not exaggerating but Never felt such hospitality / welcoming anywhere else in my country Egypt …Hotel staff very well trained… Food quality and variety was excellent..Outstanding experience 👏👏👏

Environment and a**osphere were so nice .. classy massage … privacy was good,,, nice customer service mentality, therapist was so good and most incredible person was the at the registration .. Ms. Shaima , thanks a lot for being nice … ………..

The Hotel is very nicely designed starting by the Lobby… the Pool….the greenery and scenery around the hotel. Rooms are very nice, spacious and cozy. The Food there is very delicious…the Open Buffet at dinner during Easter Holidays was magnificent. And food around the pool is also yummy. The Restaurant host “Nourhan” is such a professional and helpful young lady who knows what she is doing. She did help us finding a place in the restaurant on both nights as we didn’t have reservations and the hotel was fully booked already. The liver performance singer who performed during Easter night was amazing…his voice and his songs selection. Big applause goes to him and to the hotel for choosing him. All the waiters, house-keeping are all friendly and always were at our service promptly. Over all, my family and myself enjoyed the hotel and our vacation there. And this will not be our last time.
