Von mir eine absolute Empfehlung. Lage in der Innenstadt super, trotzdem keine nennenswerte Lärmbelästigung. Zimmer sehr sauber, alles intakt. Rezeption freundlich, alles klappte wunderbar (von der Buchung bis zur Rechnung).

Die Empfangsdame war etwas konfus und verwechselte mich mehrfach mit einem anderen Gast. Sie war jedoch sehr freundlich, so dass ich ihr den Faux-Pas nachsehen konnte. Das Hotel ist wunderbar zentral gelegen und man kann Eisenach und die Wartburg zu Fuß erkunden. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich ausgestattet, allerdings etwas dunkel (Dachgeschoss, nur kleines Gaubenfenster). Im Bad war die Duschkabine einsturzgefährdet. Die Türen sprangen aus der Führung und ich habe eine davon vor dem Herunterfallen retten müssen. Das Frühstück war der Hotelkategorie entsprechend. Nicht herausragend, aber ok. Hygiene wurde durch geeignete Maßnahmen sichergestellt. Der Preis ist angesichts der Lage angemessen.

Wir haben im Schlosshotel ein sehr schönes erholsames Wochenende verbracht. Der Empfang war sehr, sehr nett. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das Hotel amcht einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck. Im hauseigenen Restaurant haben wir - bei guten Service - sehr gut gegessen. Kostenloser Parkplatz und zentraler schöne Lage. Was will man mehr. Empfehlung: Machen Sie eine der interesssanten Stadtführungen mit und besuchen sie natürlich die Wartburg.

Wir waren zum Abendessen dort. Das Essen (Rinderroulade und Lachsfilet mit Pfifferlingen + Waldfrucht-Cup) war recht ordentlich. Die Bedienung recht freundlich. Der Riesling für 5 Euro das Glas erstaunlich gut.

Gutes Frühstück Sehr zentral, trotzdem mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze verfügbar, 1 Ladesäule. Sauna mit Handtuch und Mantel incl. Freundliches aber teilweise etwas aufdringliches Personal. Teilweise laut in Zimmern, die zum Marktplatz gelegen sind: tagsüber und nachts und früh morgens. In Summe sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat einen Renovierungsstau. Der alte abgenutzte Teppichboden ist abstoßend. Unser Zimmer war sauber, aber der Teppichboden wirklich unmöglich. Das Bad war mit genügend Ablagefläche und relativ groß, leider nur mit Badewanne, keine Dusche. Der Service war freundlich, das Frühstück einfacher Standart. Für einen Städtetrip ist die Lage ideal, da sehr zentral. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich in diesem Hotel nicht planen.

Ich habe drei Nächte im Hotel am Markt verbracht und würde beim nächsten Eisenach-Besuch wieder dort buchen. Sehr zentrale Lage, gute Zimmerausstattung, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal, faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziger Punktabzug: Die Bettmatratze hätte etwas fester sein können und die Brötchen waren ein wenig zähe, was aber den Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich verändert.
