Hotel in zona De Lievendaal, Eindhoven

Cosa ci piaceva: * Posizione: La migliore posizione possibile per esplorare la città * Personale: Tutti i membri del personale che abbiamo incontrato sono stati gentili, professionali, amichevoli e utili * Decora: L'hotel è cordiale, ha un design minimalista ma moderno, Sembra molto bello per un 3* posto * Pulizia: Tutto era senza spot * Comfort: Letti morbidi e un sacco di spazio di magazzinaggio e superficie nella stanza * Prezzo: Molto ragionevolmente prezzo per la qualità e la posizione, rispetto ad altre opzioni Cosa potrebbe essere migliorato: * Quando ci siamo reclutati, non c'era sapone in nessuno dei distributori e si riempiva solo dopo diversi giorni, quando lo chiese direttamente. * Le mutande sono ridicolmente spesso, come le cuscinetti da divano. La prima notte ha avuto una crampi del collo e un mal di testa, quindi ha scelto di dormire su un asciugamano in rotoli invece per il resto del soggiorno. * La struttura del bagno non è grande - il bagno è dietro una porta di vetro a un metro dal letto, quindi non lascia molto privacy o isolamento sonoro. La doccia inonda la zona igienica, non importa quanto sia difficile cercare di evitarla, lasciando un puddle proprio davanti al bagno. * Rumore: l'hotel è isolato dal suono, ma c'era un sacco di rumore piombo che proveniva dalle tubature nel bagno in tutte le ore - abbattere, sollevare, gridare, ecc, come dormire vicino a un caldo o frigo alto. La porta tra l'ascensore e il pavimento, così come altre porte della stanza, fa agitare la stanza quando si chiude, e noi siamo stati sfortunati di avere vicini che sbattevano le porte senza rilassarsi fino alle 2 di notte, la nostra notte scorsa. * Alcuni servizi di base per il tè nella stanza sarebbero molto utili. Sintesi: Grande hotel a un prezzo ragionevole con personale amichevole e belle attrezzature. Se sei fortunato con la stanza e i vicini, ti piacerà davvero il tuo soggiorno qui :)

Ho avuto qualche problema a fare il check-in, il personale non era presente e c'è una cabina per il check-in completamente automatizzata. Non funziona molto bene, ho dovuto pagare di nuovo e quando ho provato a inserire il mio indirizzo email per ricevere il numero della mia stanza, si è interrotto a metà senza alcuna possibilità di scoprire la stanza n. se non di provarle tutte, ero dentro stanza 324, ci ho messo circa un'ora per scoprirlo, lol. Dopo, quando ho preso i miei bagagli, c'era qualcuno lì che mi ha rimborsato il secondo pagamento e mi ha offerto da bere in casa, tutto bene... le camere sono buone, la posizione è eccellente..

The student hotel did not let us down. On arrival in the morning from our flight we had gotten the bus which only took 15 minutes to the door of the hotel. The receptionist took our bags and tagged them safely so we wouldn’t have to have them all day with us. On check in we were treated with complimentary coffee in the restaurant. The room was a brilliant size for the three of us we got a family room with two king size bed. The bathroom was very clean, coming from someone who has worked in hotel accommodation I give it 10/10. Beds are super comfy and the view was amazing from our room. Being able to access the hotel at night with our key cards was a handy option for us as we went into the city for drinks. On our departure we were also given treats and hot chocolate for our walk to the bus. The atmosphere in this hotel was the best I’ve seen. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Thanks a million for everything !! Will be back soon !

Let me start by saying that I have stayed in this hotel over 20 times in the last 8 years through business and leisure. I have always been impressed by the facilities and wonderful staff. On this occasion the hotel was not up to its normal high standards. This should probably have been a 1 star review, but I felt it unfair as I have not reviewed my last 15 5 star visits. Before writing this I decided to read a good amount of other reviews and will try and give some honest feedback. So back to this visit……. My 1st room was on the 3rd floor as I always ask for the highest floor available. The room was perfect, but after I had unpacked I realised that the safe was no working and they couldn’t fix it until the next day. So I requested a different room as my insurance would not be valid. This room was again on the 3rd floor but felt a lot smaller and the bathroom looked very tired with an over bath shower instead of separate which I had in the previous room. It felt like a down grade so I asked for another room. This time I was given room 125 on the 1st floor. It didn’t have a bath but had a great shower, and although I wanted a bath, I was done with moving again……… I really wish that I had…. The 2 large frosted bathroom windows leave you feeling exposed as they are not fully frosted, I am sure that there are normally more pillows in the room, but the 2 small ones that I had were a poor quality. Normally I could have coped with all of this, but then for the headboard and bed to vibrate and shudder with every passing vehicle continuously kept me awake. One of the reasons I book this hotel is the gym, pool and sauna, but on this occasion a few of the gym apparatus were non operation and then the the kids swimming lessons were on when I wanted to swim. I’ve also been lucky in the past as there has always been someone in the saunas, but on this occasion I was alone with not a clue how to switch them on and no signage to explain. I’m ok with the pool being used for the children but please be clear and advertise when this will be. I think it is between 3 & 6 and that’s why I have not noticed previously. I’m due to stay again in a few days and will definitely not be staying in 125. If it wasn’t for the tremendous staff at this hotel I probably would be asking for a refund as the experience was exhausting. Breakfast is adequate as long as you know what to expect as I do.

Un posto molto tranquillo con camere pulite e un servizio amichevole.Se si desidera stare vicino a Eindhoven o Tilburg, questo è un posto perfetto per essere un po 'di fuori della città se non ti piace il traffico ecc. Tutto in un perfetto e verrà ancora a trovare.

Questo hotel è fantastico per i bambini che amano lo sport!!! I genitori non vanno qui per un weekend rilassante. Il pranzo non era buono ma il colazione era grande. I nostri bambini piangevano quando siamo partiti. Belli ambienti con molto da fare. Anche la piscina e l'area di gioco all'interno sono stati colpiti da un colpo enorme.

Great hotel central location. We had a room at side of hotel so wasn't that noisy. Staff go out of their way to help you. We only had breakfast in hotel but there was lovely plenty of choice. Rooms very clean. Would stay again. Walk across the road to bars restaurants and shops.

Il hotel è molto bello, molto utile e amichevole, una grande birra, ma, in fondo, se non mangi carne o latte si combatterà come abbiamo fatto, il personale sapeva che eravamo vegani quando ci prenotiamo e questa è anche la nostra seconda visita. Per la prima volta abbiamo avuto un trattamento molto buono e abbiamo avuto buone opzioni, ma per qualche strano motivo abbiamo avuto poche opzioni in tutta la nostra seconda visita. La prima volta, la prima volta, non ha avuto alcuna idea e ha avuto il disappunto di avere un altro cavolo e un altro formaggio che dovevamo chiedere al personale cosa ci avevamo portato in quel momento. Il nostro primo viaggio avevamo feci e marroni di hash, che pensavamo di ritrovarci, ma non lo facevamo. Per pranzo potevamo solo avere chip, perché tutti i menu mostravano molte opzioni di carne e niente di più. È molto difficile accettare il cambiamento del nostro mondo e quante persone potrebbero essere glutine libere o allergiche, ma si sforzarebbero di dire, davvero spero che gli hotel offrirebbero un menu migliore per tutti a scegliere non solo carne e vegetariani.
