Several outdoor spaces including a large yard, patio, screened in porch, and a boat dock for swimming/relaxing lakeside. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and grill included. Comfy new beds, furniture and linens. Full finished basement. Located near several lakeside restaurants and only 15 min from Downtown Effingham! Dock is available to park your boat. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.We provide a pack'n play plus baby gate..About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

The stay is a nice home with great access to the lake. We did find beer cans there from the previous stay at the dock and ran into a major fire hazard with the grill that was not well maintained but overall I would consider booking again based on the cleanliness and prime location.

fishing was great,I fished off the deck, lots of shade
Christy our Host was great. Her House is very clear. Good location by car or boat. Very quiet after 7:00pm, well kept yard. We had a very relaxing week at the lake house.

Very convenient place to stay, All the amenities we needed!
We needed a place to stay halfway between home and further destination to breakup a long family road trip. This home was the perfect location, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our 9 year old, 14 year old and 21 year old all had a place to sleep and plenty of options for entertainment. It was also a very peaceful location and the lake access would be great for a leisure trip. Thank you to the host for making everything so easy!

Clean Cozy Home
We enjoyed our stay here. It has been recently remodeled and everything was clean and fresh. There were lots of thoughtful details. I've never slept so well on a bed away from home. The owners obviously take pride in their property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Host
We went down for my Aunt services. Christy went above and beyond to ensure with we had a good stay and great communcation. Propery was great and delightful. Will be returning for a vacation in the near future.
