Super pulito e organizzato. Il letto è comodo, e il colazione è ben servito. Personale amichevole, e l'hotel è ben situato, in strada (Whyte Ave) con molti ristoranti e negozi. Vicino all'Università di Alberta a pochi isolati di distanza se si prevede di partecipare ad un evento all'UofA.

This hotel is exceptional! My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and were very happy with our experience. The check in experience was fast and efficient, front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, updated and comfortable. Everything was clean, from the bathroom to the bedding. The room was cleaned every day without us having to request cleaning services. The king size bed was super comfortable, my husband said best sleep he had in a long time. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning!

I moved here are going to another hotel which was awful so went back to reliable Marriott. Checked in about 30 minutes after booking - room was lovely and clean but everything was ready. Rooms are not big I had a city view which is basically of the car park but there was a bed, comfortable chair and desk. Housekeeping came daily. The downside to the room is the hairdryer kept flipping the breaker - I left a note to report it buck the note was ignored which also asked for conditioner in the room (those big sharable ones in the shower) which was also not refilled. We arrived in the weetesdt June on record - the hotel was cold and although I was able to warm the room up the restaurant was blowing cold air throughout the stay so you had to sit with a hoodie on. The hotel is being renovated the 2 lifts were being painted and out of commission during my stay - not an issue as we were all able to sue the service elevator but there is only one so sometimes there was a line. Also the outdoor patio dining area overlooking the river is being renovated and we were told it would not be available all summer. The hote restaurant staff were lovely and friendly - the menu is a bit eclectic - you know on a rainy nite when you just want soup and a sandwich - well not available - they dont offer this - one of the pizzas came with blue cheese so I asked to switch for regular cheese - you cannot do that as they come in ready made. The menu is Indian food centric - lots of indian flavors (such as the poutine - how I wanted to try regular poutine but again not available) there is spice and curry flavor an a host of Lentil dishes on the menu and a lot of bok choi etc but very few of what I would call traditional flavours - for example as well as a soup on a cold rainy night a fish and chips might have been nice or a pot pie. The walk into downtown is nice - the view on the river is nice however we were warned about walking in downtown Edmonton as since covid there has been some changes - there are a lot of street people - pot is smoked everywhere and for a girl travelling i was told not to walk outside alone if I could help it. There are limited dining options without walking other than the hotel restaurant - in fact most nights there were several tables of lone female travellers in the restaurant

Seemed under staffed. Long wait times. Took 40 minutes waiting in line to check in. Long wait times with the servers were delivering room service while waiting on tables too. Our room was missing coffee items.

Questo era un bel hotel, molto pulito e aggiornato. Il personale frontale era molto amichevole e accogliente. Tuttavia, la sala era terribile. L'uomo che ci serviva era molto amichevole, ma ha preso il dolce e dimenticato la mia. Non avevo intenzione di ottenere uno, ma aveva suggerito di provare il sorbetto che non è mai uscito. Non ci importava perché era una discussione tra uno dei desserti e l'altro, quindi non importava e non intendevo avere uno comunque. La cosa che probabilmente è stata la ragione per cui questo hotel non ha ricevuto 5 stelle è stato il servizio di colazione. Prenotammo questo hotel specificamente perché il colazione era incluso. Il buffet era subpar, quindi non abbiamo molto sulle nostre piastre. Non c'erano server per i primi 20 minuti di seduzione e non c'erano modo di bere da soli. Quando finalmente uscirono da dove erano, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto bevande servite o controllate per almeno 10 minuti. Quando abbiamo ricevuto il nostro cibo, ci hanno dato un conto immediatamente e ci hanno detto che era $33 ciascuno. (Questo è pazzesco perché non avevano molto cibo comunque) Abbiamo andato al divano e sono venuti con noi per ordinarlo e parlare con la cameriera e quando è venuta da noi, Le abbiamo chiesto la fattura e lei ha ancora detto che dovevamo pagare, così sono tornato al desk front e sono stati molto frustrati anche con questo server. Abbiamo finito di camminare fuori. Westin Edmonton Lounge, fare meglio.

Grande hotel a buon mercato! Le camere erano accoglienti e pulite, il ristorante era sorprendente, e i lavoratori molto rispettabili. Sicuramente prenoterebbe di nuovo qui!

It has been a few years since I last stayed at this hotel. I was greeted at reception by Chris who was very friendly and efficient. Chris is a great ambassador for the hotel and makes you feel welcome. He thanked me for choosing the hotel and being a Titanium Bonvoy member. I did receive the expected amenities for my stay. Parking is very easy with the West parkade adjoining the hotel. I chose this hotel due to a meeting close by and then a second night being close to enjoy an Oilers game at Rogers Place. I enjoyed breakfast at District 102 Restaurant which is part of the hotel on 3rd floor (separate review). I was upgraded to a very nice suite which overlooks the City Centre Mall. Beds are very comfortable, work area is very good and chairs are very welcoming. Room and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping staff are also very friendly and greeted me in the mornings (stayed two nights). This hotel is ideal for venues in the downtown area. Access is easy and a very welcoming and inviting staff. I look forward to returning soon.
