Upon my check-in at approximately 3:10 pm, Upon my check-in at approximately 3:10 pm, I encountered three women at the front desk who failed to greet me and instead instructed me to wait momentarily. Despite no other customers needing assistance, they appeared engrossed in conversation, resulting in a wait of over five minutes. I recommend providing additional customer service training to your front desk staff to enhance their etiquette.
