Hotel in zona 7-Eleven, Edmonton

February 2023 Stayed two nights on a weekend with two children. We had a room on the top floor with two queen beds. The room seemed small compared to other hotels in Edmonton I have stayed at recently. The frame on the bed stuck out past the mattress and we bumped our knees againsts it several times when walking by. The elevators made me feel uneasy, as you stepped in they had a small bounce to them. I did not like riding in them at all and there was a sign in them warning not to jump because it could disrupt them, well we certainly did not jump and just stepping in to them caused the bounce. The pool is open until 11pm which is nice, we waited until around 10:30pm each night to enjoy the last half hour when it wasn't full of screaming kids. Pool noise is understandable but the way kids were allowed to scream and holler was enough to make my own kids not want to be in there. By the looks of it there were a few sports teams staying at this time making the pool area busy with kids. We opted to pay the extra during booking to have breakfast included. It was good and quite a bit of made to order items along with cold cereals, fruit, juice ect. There is an area in the lobby that has free coffee to go as well. Breakfast hours on the weekend were 7-11, we had an event that we had to leave early for which rushed breakfast a bit. Weekdays it starts at 6am and I wish that it would have started at that time on the weekend as well. There was some confusion over whether or not my 15 old had her breakfast included with my booking, the person working in that area said it was included for kids 12 and under and I would have to pay extra because she was over 12. I told her I booked it and paid for it in my booking which showed 18+ being an adult on the website and added my 2 kids to my booking with the breakfast and it showed in the booking that breakfast was included for each adult and child. She spoke to the front desk and said it was ok after talking to them, but why I would even have to go through that process to begin with was very embarrassing and frustrating when we were already on a time crunch. There was plenty of parking in the lot. Located within about 10 minutes or less to West Edmonton Mall and several restaraunts nearby. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly but nothing about it gave me that wow feeling or like I would want to return and I spend many weekends in Edmonton for my childs events.

My wife and I stayed here at Four Points by Sheraton June 23, 2023 for a brief Staycation. What a wonderful experience. Great staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. I enjoyed the Butter Chicken and my wife had the Asian Noodle Bowl. Both were delicious. We must thank the chef, Pandora and our wonderful server Sasi. Also, the front desk hotel staff Lilyana and Sam were instrumental in creating a very enjoyable stay. We appreciate them for going above and beyond in welcoming us during our break from the normal day to day lives we are accustomed to. Again , we highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton located in west Edmonton on 185 Street and 100 Ave.

Ho fatto un ultimo minuto di prenotazione all'Element Edmonton West a causa di un cambiamento inaspettato nel nostro itinerario, mentre Icefields Parkway è stato chiuso per mezzo giorno, e non potevamo arrivare a Banff senza un lungo giorno di guida. Ho passato un tempo a un Elemento, così sapevo cosa aspettare. Quando arrivavo, ricordo l'odore distintivo che l'Elemento usa, che mi piace molto. L'iscrizione era veloce, facile e amichevole. La nostra stanza era abbastanza grande e confortevole per 5 persone. Come tutti gli altri elementi, mi piaceva un aspetto europeo, un letto molto morbido e confortevole, e ha anche fatto uso della piccola cucina per riscaldare alcuni resti di cena. La nostra stanza faceva fronte all'autostrada, quindi sicuramente abbiamo sentito il rumore stradale - non il peggior rumore stradale che ho mai visto, ma sicuramente notevole. Ho misurato la velocità WiFi attorno 30Mbps, che è piuttosto buono. La colazione è molto semplice qui. Pasta regolare, una carne (sassaggio), una tazza di patate (hash brown), un paio di opzioni cereali, farina di avena, yogurt, frutta intera, e uova preparati-a-ordine. Per bere, si può scegliere da caffè, tè, succo d'arancia, succo di mela o acqua. L'edilizia è collegata ai Four Points, quindi non sono sicuro che ci siano strutture condivise, come non ho usato nessuno. Molto parcheggio durante il nostro soggiorno. In generale, l'hotel ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative per un Elemento. Bello, moderno e pulito. Il servizio era buono, solo voleva che ci fosse la varietà per il colazione, ma ancora un buon soggiorno.

Un soggiorno molto confortevole. Il personale è estremamente utile e amichevole. La stanza era molto pulita. Grande valore per la comodità e il comfort. Mi consiglierei questo posto, e non esitare a rimanere di nuovo lì.

Grande hotel a buon mercato! Le camere erano accoglienti e pulite, il ristorante era sorprendente, e i lavoratori molto rispettabili. Sicuramente prenoterebbe di nuovo qui!

La posizione era confortevole e la pulizia non era cattiva. Tuttavia, l'isolamento sonoro era meno, quindi il suono del corridoio era rumoroso. In generale, i mobili antichi erano sfortunati.

Il personale del Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Edmonton si occupa davvero di ogni aspetto della loro struttura. Ho osservato orgoglio preso in pulizia, ospitezza e cura. Quando eravamo qui, abbiamo vissuto qualcosa che potrebbe accadere ovunque nel mondo. Non era qualcosa che il Comfort Inn avrebbe potuto evitare. Una delle cose che accade nel nostro moderno lavoro tecnologico. Il personale ha lavorato rapidamente per ottenere il mio bambino e io aiuto. Non hanno sprecato tempo e hanno chiesto aiuto d’emergenza. Quando l'incidente si è concluso, ogni personale, da check-in, al colazione, alla pulizia, era così compassionevole e grazioso con il nostro trauma. Il nostro hotel è stato ospitato per la durata del soggiorno, poiché ero più sicuro di quanto mai questo hotel era la scelta giusta. Se si fosse un soggiorno grande, pulito e ospite durante il soggiorno a Edmonton; si desidera essere qui al Comfort Inn e Suites Downtown Edmonton. Molto bel personale di servizio frontale. Controlla e controlla rapidamente. La colazione è grande.
