This home is perfect for your family gathering. Located on Nolin Lake in Brier creek, right off the main channel of the lake. Swimming, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking are perfect activities here. Enjoy Wifi and 200+ channels including Netflix and Amazon prime video. *Mammoth Cave is approximately 35 minute drive. *There are golf courses, horseback riding, Amish shops and the state park beach/play area are within minutes of this home. Please be advised Nolin Lake is owned by the US Corp of Engineers and is used for flood control. Lake access is best during the summer as the Corp lowers the lake (25 / 30 feet) starting late October. Due to the flood control aspect of the lake, the walk up and down to the water can be steep and some guest might find it difficult. There is a boat ramp 1/4 mile away that you can launch and recover your boat very easily with parking at the ramp (parking can be limited on weekends). Swimming is available off the shoreline, or at the boat ramp, or one of the nearby public beaches (Nolin Lake State Park).
