Hotel è molto bello dall'esterno e all'interno del personale del desk front is very friendly especially Daniel and monse is very helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean and nice, housekeeping is very friendly , they do very nice job in room , Il ristorante è stato un piacevole ristorante intorno all'hotel.

Ciao, ho soggiornato @ diversi Comfort Inn Hotel e l'esperienza è stata abbastanza simile. Questo fine settimana speciale ho soggiornato nella posizione di Edison. Questa è ora la mia preferita. Mi sono salutata da Kendra, che non è più piacevole, professionale e dolce, ma che non è più utile e Joy parlare con lui ogni giorno. Credo che sia un grande bene per la società e per voi ha bisogno di più lavoratori come lei che brillerà i giorni dei clienti con quel sorriso.. Grazie Kendra per essere fuori eccezionale!! One bad staff member left, now everyone is so calm, relaxed, accommodating, super helpful and nice. I never lose packages now. New trash and clean up man never stops working, I don't think he ever takes a break. It is really a pleasure to stay here now. Michelle and Steve are the best managers and such good people. Desiree never stops working and is now super nice. Dina, Yvonne, Elvira, Odeel, Reider, Anna, Cynthia are so hard working and super nice. If I left someone out I am sorry. It is just such a pleasure to be here now. Before I just wanted to leave asap. Even the rugs and floors are cleaner now. That's what makes a place safe, clean and happy to stay in for me, the nice people who work there.

During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Edison-South Plainfield on February 17th, I encountered a situation that significantly compromised my comfort and trust in the Marriott brand, known for its cleanliness and customer service standards. Finding a bug in my bed the following morning was not just a major inconvenience; it was a distressing experience that highlighted a serious lapse in hygiene standards, which I had never expected from a Marriott establishment. Despite promptly reporting the issue and the staff's quick action to change my room, the emotional distress and the inconvenience of relocating, which consequently made me late for an appointment, seemed to be lightly regarded by the management. The offer of a mere $20 credit towards my stay was, to say the least, disappointing and felt dismissive of the gravity of the situation. Such a response does not align with the level of guest satisfaction and service excellence I have come to associate with Marriott. I had hoped for a resolution that would genuinely acknowledge and compensate for the discomfort caused, such as comping the affected night's stay. This would have demonstrated a true commitment to guest satisfaction and potentially restored my faith in Marriott as my choice for future lodging. The manner in which this incident was handled raises concerns not only for my own experience but for future guests as well. I urge the management to revisit their approach to such matters and to adhere more closely to the high standards Marriott is known for. The importance of immediate and appropriate action to address and prevent such incidents cannot be overstated. I share this review in the hope that it will prompt a reconsideration of my case and lead to measures that ensure a cleaner, more guest-focused experience moving forward. Marriott has always been a preferred choice for many because of its reputation, and it's crucial that such standards are upheld consistently across all properties.
