"Il primo piano è il ristorante e il bar, la stanza degli ospiti è al piano di sopra, la suite prenota è piena di spazio per due camere da letto, cioè le scale, e la scatola è un po'divertente. Penso sia il posto più caldo della città, molte persone vengono a cena per bere qualcosa di sera. La colazione è davvero fantastica, la quantità è abbastanza, bacon e cipolle sono molto deliziosi (non è buono che ci mangiamo dietro) 👍"

"Hotel is average for 1 night stay and value for money considering breakfast included in price and the location of the hotel from the high street. Lots of creaky noises in the room and hotel room like a maze with lots of entry /exit restrictions makes it an average stay inspite of the nice swimming pool and gym. Staff - very polite and helpful including the restaurant staff."

Altri clienti lasciarono, dopo un lungo periodo di aspetta, finalmente riuscimmo a parlare con il manager, che non era davvero preoccupato per la perdita di clienti, molto deludente servizio clienti."

La struttura interna e la struttura dell'hotel sono molto attenti, molto caratteristici. 3.L'ambiente è pulito e la pianta di fiori e piante da giardino è molto bella. 4.Questo è un hotel caldo e caratteristico, che vale la pena di soggiornare."

"Our stay at this hotel left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. While I wouldn't go so far as to say avoid it entirely, I can't recommend it or see myself returning. The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding. Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.  The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting. These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments. In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay."
