Situated in central Edinburgh, IVY- Braveheart Guest House is 10 minutes’ walk from the International Conference Centre and 20 minutes’ walk from the castle. There is a free WiFi. Rooms have a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV. Each also comes with tea and coffee making facilities. The shops of bustling Prince’s Street are a 20-minute walk from IVY- Braveheart Guest House. Holyrood Park, where you can climb Arthur’s Seat, is 2 miles from the building. We are a city centre guest house, therefore there are noisy road next to us. There are two set off staircase, each around 20 steps, we have no lift. The guest must respect the other guest and make sure to not make noise to bother other customers. The customer can not cancel the room on the day of the arrive, if you have special need or allergy to particular thing, please call us to check it out before you booking the room We only provide tea/coffee, hair dryer, towels on the day of arrival and can change towels every three days. Fore those would like big room, check out late or lots of facility, please book hotels with higher cost.Mostra di più

although reception closes early, landlord is patient to email me room & keys messages before 6 pm. the Old building in a Good Location. room is cold cuz 2 heatings cannot work well, so feel a little bit unsatisfied.

各位小心，一般我不留回饋，因為基本都還好。這個ivy braveheart sounds very dodgy. 不僅接電話的reception説話不實，而且服務完全沒有，Wi-Fi連不上，房間味道- 根本沒有on site reception @ 攜程，pls delist this one, it is damaging your reputation

Ho soggiornato per tre notti con mia moglie e mia nipote che frequenta l'università in questa città. La posizione è comoda ma la camera al terzo piano piccola per tre adulti. Il pavimento con moquette in alcuni punti lacerata. La colazione non compresa nel prezzo che sembra eccessivo per quello che ti si offre.

The bed was so comfy I asked if I can take it home couldn't fault the room at all fresh n clean and I stayed two nights got fresh towels the manager was helpful with the tv and it was easy to find from the train station. The hotel messages you on email or booking com and you can contact them back through that service

Upon arriving, we realised it was the wrong location for us. The owner provided the steps to request a cancellation and refund. This is a guest house not a hotel, my mistake, but great owner full of recommendations for food and places to visit

Basic room which has seen better days. Tiny en suite, but did the job. Average level of cleaning and care. It is on a fairly busy road and as it was warm we had to keep the window open. There aren’t any curtains, just wooden shutters, which We had to leave open slightly to keep the air flowing so couldn’t shut out the traffic noise or the early morning light. Everything was done via messages including getting your room key from a coded box, which is fine as long as you don’t have any questions. Location is fine if you don’t mind a 15 min Ish walk to the Royal Mile.

Comfortable stay. Central location just 5mins to the city centre. Our landlord let us arrive 2 hours early to check in and was very helpful. The room was nice with tartan bed sheets, tub, tea and coffee facilities and a nice clean bathroom. A good hotel for couples. Thanks!
