I went in with my 82 year hungry, cold, tired and exhausted aunt for breakfast on Sunday. 5 members of staff looked at us waiting by the “wait to be seated” sign and looked us square in the eye and carried on waiting. I filmed them. We waited for 30 mins and were soaking wet as the rain was torrential and my aunt needed to use the toilets but nothing was signposted. The staff continued to ignore us and there were only one or two other customers in there. Two other members of staff walked right past us and went to join the others at the table as we continued to stand and wait to be seated. I then rang the reception number. The phone was right next to me and it continues to ring while the staff sat down laughing and joking and eating. The recorded message said they were having an unusually large amount of calls and requested for me to call back in a few minutes- I have been trying every half an hour or so for the last 29 hours and no one answers. No one answers at The Hyde, Wembley Park, Hanger Lane or Finchley. My poor aunt had to be taken back out into the freezing rain without any food and without going to the toilet. I am still trying to call them Now and have even contacted them on social media with the photographic evidence which has also been completely ignored. The company and its staff are an absolute disgrace and I will be taking this further as the story has a lot more to it than what I have written. Disgusting attitude. They deserve to be shut down!
