Premier Inn London Hendon (The Hyde)

friendly staff Bedberg appears, but we changed rooms. It was all right. The breakfast was delicious.

Good communication to Hendon Central and Golders Green with bus 83. Nice supermarket / restaurant next door. Sainsbury just 5 min walk. More shops, restaurants and pubs closer to colindale. Nice rooms, loved the air conditioner. Good breakfast.

房間很一般，交通也不是很便利，走路到地鐵站要20分鐘，酒店沒有健身房和游泳池，衹能説在倫敦一個很便宜的選擇

不錯，床很舒服。就是退房的鬧鐘很嚇人，以為是火警…..嚇了一大跳。其他都還挺好的，周邊比較偏僻，去火車站要走十幾分鍾。

環境舒適𡨴靜，要拍卡上樓，有安全感。 24小時check in, 方便快捷。😊

交通頗方便，酒店餐廳環境和食物不錯，但清潔房間必須經前台安排。

Bed too small for two. Not real diuble bed. Only one blanket. High humiditiy in the room due to locked windows. As a result there was a lot of mold on the window sill and even the curtain. The reception was efficient but I would expected a more welcoming procedure and goodbye instead of the automatic check in machine.

I went in with my 82 year hungry, cold, tired and exhausted aunt for breakfast on Sunday. 5 members of staff looked at us waiting by the “wait to be seated” sign and looked us square in the eye and carried on waiting. I filmed them. We waited for 30 mins and were soaking wet as the rain was torrential and my aunt needed to use the toilets but nothing was signposted. The staff continued to ignore us and there were only one or two other customers in there. Two other members of staff walked right past us and went to join the others at the table as we continued to stand and wait to be seated. I then rang the reception number. The phone was right next to me and it continues to ring while the staff sat down laughing and joking and eating. The recorded message said they were having an unusually large amount of calls and requested for me to call back in a few minutes- I have been trying every half an hour or so for the last 29 hours and no one answers. No one answers at The Hyde, Wembley Park, Hanger Lane or Finchley. My poor aunt had to be taken back out into the freezing rain without any food and without going to the toilet. I am still trying to call them Now and have even contacted them on social media with the photographic evidence which has also been completely ignored. The company and its staff are an absolute disgrace and I will be taking this further as the story has a lot more to it than what I have written. Disgusting attitude. They deserve to be shut down!

We stayed at the Hyde Inn, Hendon as we were doing a mini trip to London. This hotel is really good, lovely clean room. Lovely comfortable bed , good Size bathroom with use of bath or shower. Tea & coffee making facilities in room. We would definitely come back.
