Just a short distance from everything, including restaurants, Lake Erie beaches, skiing, shopping, downtown Buffalo and about 45 minutes from Niagara Falls. It is located in the country, just 20 miles south of the city. All basic amenities are provided: Plenty of Off-street parking, 55" Smart-TV, WIFI, work-desk, kitchen including a coffee/tea station, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. With three bedrooms AND a bonus office, this home can accommodate up to eight guests for your getaway in western NY Whether its for a Bills or Sabres game, concert, work/shopping trip, or to visit family and friends. Also, Heated Pool is available during summer months (Memorial Day-Labor Day) Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one bedroom has 3 twin beds. The living room has two futons, that easily convert to additional beds with extra linens. Full bathrooms on each floor, one contains a walk-in shower and the other is a tub/shower. Bring your login for HULU, Netflix, Amazon, free channels, and more for the TV in the living room. Peacock is installed with free access. The full kitchen is complete with a traditional coffee maker. Coffee, and condiments are provided. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and dining essentials to prepare a meal for 8 or have food delivered from some of the delicious restaurants nearby. The home is a raised ranch style home, so it does have stairs. There is step free access to get to the lower level of the house if needed. Please consider, this route would need to use the lawn to access. If you want to go out for a meal, the Pilot Light Pub has everything from salads to steaks, and Chicken wings! Right down the street, Eden Seafood and pizzeria has great hot and cold subs. Grocery shopping for those meals cooked at home is a breeze with Eden Shur Fine being a hop, skip, and jump away. His back door opens up to the pool area.
