"In ogni caso, è molto conveniente perché è proprio davanti alla stazione e viene salvato da una neve. La stanza ha lavatrice di capelli, guardiani di capelli, rivestimento e lavatrice di viso, ventilatore, caffè a forma di caffè (per 100 yen per tazza), vasca elettrica, frigorifero e tazze. Lavaggio di capelli e così via sono cose buone di DHC. Non c'era un cappello o un trucco, sono andato alla reception per fare foto.Il ghiaccio si è sciogliato perché il rumore del frigorifero era debole. Hanno una buona neve, e il personale può alloggiare confortevolmente in una risposta felice. Prezzo basso, vale la pena raccomandare."

"I will definitely go back and stay here next time I come to Sapporo during winter. The room is quite spacious for hotel in japan, super clean, I love that they provide comfy nice pajamas. The hotel is conveniently connected to Bivi shopping center, JR Shin-Sapporo St and subway. The thing I extremely love that during winter, in front of hotel the soft snow piling up and it was so fun to play there. Area of improvement is that I felt like the room need more bins. The hotel only provided one trash bin in bed room area but not in the kitchen or toilet."

"I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice."

"The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival."
