Hotel in zona Trauneck Skate Park, Ebensee

Ho appena tornato a casa dopo un meraviglioso soggiorno presso l'Hotel Post. Il personale era fantastico un credito reale all'hotel, niente era troppo difficile. Il cibo nel ristorante è delizioso, la lista del vino è vasta, e c'era una grande varietà di offerte per colazione. La decorazione della camera da letto è estremamente elegante, e il letto è stato così comodo come il mio a casa. Sono ansioso di tornare l'anno prossimo.

Un nuovo hotel fresco. Grande concetto. Buona cena e colazione. Grande vista sul lago dalla stanza (6° piano - lato ovest). Molto spazio di parcheggio gratuito, tra cui un gruppo di slot per le auto elettriche. Personale eccezionalmente amichevole e motivato. Wi-Fi veloce in tutte le aree. Ho visto un socket LAN nella stanza (non l'ho provato però). Grande palestra. Sauna era aperta. Attrazioni turistiche nelle vicinanze sono facilmente raggiunte con la macchina. Rimarremo certamente qui in futuro per viaggi in Austria.

Me and my brother stayed at the end of June for 2 nights half board. The hotel itself smelt really clean and very fresh. The rooms were clean but much smaller than expected. We asked for two single beds but we received a double room. The food was pretty tasteless and not a very big variety. I did end up going hungry. There is a nice pathway from the garden into Bad Aussee. It is a very steep climb back up though. Our first night staying here at Midnight a coach load of kids turned up having a party in the car park. They were not staying at the hotel but kept us up till 2am. This was a very disturbed night. The staff were not very friendly. It did seem to be an inconvenience to be working for them. The sauna we didn’t bother using as you would have to wait 30 minutes for it to warm up. You still have to pay in your total which was not aware to us until paying in person even if you don’t wish to use it. If you are staying on one of the top floors it can be very difficult taking all your luggage upstairs as there is no lift. The toilets in our bedrooms didn’t flush properly and there was constant trickling sound of water all night. If you would like to play table pool it is 2 Euros a game. There are 2 rooms to eat Breakfast/Dinner. All the guests were shut out of the 2nd room with the big windows with the nice views. We weren’t sure why. Minimal parking as they like to leave the car park for the coaches who come in and out. We probably wouldn’t choose this hotel if we were staying in the area again. Please don’t compare this review to JUFA hotel Grundlsee. I would travel 5 miles just to stay in the hotel if visiting Bad Aussee.

Il Landhaus zu Appesbach è davvero una gioiello nascosto nel Salzkammergut austriaco. Il Duca di Windsor è rimasto qui per 5 settimane e ha trovato il suo ”splendore isolato”. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo soggiornato nella Windsor Suite, che offre spazio con un soggiorno e un dormitorio combinati, un cabinetto, un bagno e balcone romani, nonché una terrazza. Il ristorante della casa di campagna ha offerto un ottimo colazione e cena. Le signore e signori di tutti i dipartimenti hanno fatto un buon lavoro nel fornire un servizio personalizzato. Molto bello appartamento con un composto spaziale e molto conveniente. Prendemmo una barca dal resort a Hallstatt, 10 euro per persona. Da Hallstatt ci porta un autobus pubblico che ci porta direttamente alla fermata di autobus davanti al resort. Tuttavia, ero deluso dalle informazioni sbagliate in trip.com sulle camere. Inizialmente volevo prenotare una caffetteria con 2 camere, perché siamo un gruppo di 2 coppie. Quando ho fatto la prenotazione, il sito web trip.com ha detto che 1 camera può essere adattata a max 2 persone. Ovviamente ho dovuto prenotare 2 camere. Quando sono arrivato, mi ha colpito il resort per scoprire che ero sbagliato a pagare 2 cappelli con 4 camere! Non abbiamo usato l'altra cappella, ovviamente. E' stato completamente sleale che, a causa delle informazioni sbagliate in trip.com, dobbiamo pagare per altre 2 camere che non abbiamo bisogno. Chiedo compensazione da trip.com per la mia perdita e sono passati 4 giorni e ancora aspettavo di sentire da loro una soluzione.

Very good service. The staff was super patient and helpful to recommend us for our tour planning. We had to walk 2mins from the reception to the other building, but our luggage was carried by their staff so nothing to be worried. The hotel room was nice and clean and with a stunning lake view balcony. The breakfast was also good with a lot of food choices. Will definitely recommend to my friends
