Premier Inn Southampton (Eastleigh)

Absolutely superb! Pat & Brandon on reception were brilliant as always - very friendly and helpful, and the updated rooms are excellent! The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well - this is a good place to stay and plenty of parking space.

Another warm welcome from Pat on reception. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff attentive in hotel and restaurant and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back when I’m next in the area.

Came down to see the family on Halloween with my partner. we arrived back late and was greeted by a friendly / happy face I believe his name was Brandon. Brandon was very helpful with providing the information we needed for the following day. He also provided us with biscuits for our late night coffee we like to have before bed. The room was nice and clean, the bed was also very comfortable! We will definitely be returning to this hotel when we come to see our family in future! Thank you!

WOW what lovely new rooms we have stayed at this premier inn many times and thought it deserved an update we knew this was being done when we booked. when we arrived we saw Darren at reception who checked us in and informed us we had one of the new rooms on the third floor and asked us to let him know what we thought of it well all we could say was wow what an improvement. Thanks Darren for helping us with your knowledge of the area and giving us directions to where we needed to be in the evening

Arrived at Reception we were greeted by Darren who was so helpful he exceeded our expectations booking us our evening meals and breakfast and making sure we had everything we needed even taking us up to our room to show us all the features as we had booked a premier plus room which was what I would expect from a high end hotel. also Craig who I think was a Housekeeper he had finished work but still took all our bags up to the room Our experience in the restaurant we were served by Timi the manager for both dinner and breakfast the food we had was lovely Timi explained the Meal Deal to as we had not had this before overall an amazing experience We will be back. Premier Inn these people are a credit to your company

We arrived early and managed to pay the additional early check in fee. The manager Justine was absolutely wonderful and so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She put us in a newly refurbished room on the top floor. The new room was lovely especially the new shower.

Visit Southampton 4/5 times a year. By far we have had the best welcome and service from check in here at Eastleigh. To top it off we have been given one of the refurbished rooms which was absolutely stunning. The Team here go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a good one. Thank you Darren, Justine and Brandon you are an asset to Premier Inn.

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights with my family. Great newly refurbished rooms the beds were very comfy and decor great . Most of all Justine was exceptionally helpful. The other staff were great and location is very central . Would definitely stay here again

Lovely welcome from Pat on reception. Our room had recently been refurbished and was great value, everything was fresh and clean, good bathroom and nice room. We had evening meal and breakfast, both we very good and the staff were very pleasant.
