"Economico, piccolo hotel urbano pulito, camera con microonde, asciugacapelli caldi, letto molto grande, la migliore casa vicino alla scuola Smith.
Anche se la colazione è, può essere ignorata, il caffè è molto dolce e non è dolce!"

"Manda i bambini al Smith College per andare all'estate. L'hotel è stato deciso di recente. Non mi aspettavo che la stanza fosse piccola, e il secondo piano era ancora in grado di camminare sulle scale, senza ascensore, e ho pensato che avrei dovuto spostare i bagagli pesanti sulle scale. Il secondo giorno nessuno si e'imballato. Quando ho parlato con la ricetta, ha detto che la gente di ricetta e'andata. Ho chiesto almeno di cambiare le tute. Questa richiesta è ancora soddisfatta. La gente di ricetta e'anche un hotel esclusivo.Anche la varietà di colazione è poca.La ricetta e'una persona che non ha 24 ore. Torna a prendere il bambino e cambia l'hotel."

"We booked the highest priced room and received the lowest priced room. The excuse was: “our policy is that we don’t guarantee the room booked for 3rd party Party bookings. We don’t give refunds, talk to your booking agent.” So much for prepaid no recourse bookings.
Hilton was no help in making this right on the spot. We will see when there’s time to contest the bait & switch. Trip.com was good about offering a partial refund of the difference in cost. However, they want your bank account information to send the refund. I don’t know about you, but I am not willing to send complete banking information to someone in Singapore. So I agreed to trip coins. A sour note to an otherwise great family visit.

"Tutto era perfetto, dal colazione a comodi letti e strutture pulite. Molto utile e amichevole personale. Ci siamo chiesti un controllo più tardi, non avevano alcun problema con la comodità per noi. Certamente tornerà e consiglia a chiunque ! "

"Hotel was chosen for location as a middle point of a journey. Check in took a very long time because a pre authorised card was not processed before put arrival. We suspect this was the hotels reservation teams fault (as we work in hotel industry) however the lady who checked us in was very polite and helpful it was just an annoyance as it was already late and we were travelling with 3 children.
Room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast was very basic with no dairy free alternatives for tea/coffee."
