KAYAKS Upon booking the guest(s) take full responsibility for the use of the kayak(s)/water access, including closely supervising and maintaining full responsibility for the safety and well-being of children and all others who may use it/them at his, her, or their sole risk. FIREPLACE/FIRE PIT Indoor fireplace is NOT for guest use, please use the outdoor firepit. Guests must provide their own firewood if they would like to utilize the fire pit at their own discretion. It should never be left unattended while there is a live flame, and it should be extinguished entirely prior to going in for the night. HEAT Please do not use the wall thermostats/baseboard heat.
