"Was brilliant I had by accident booked a room with no window.I needed to change it because my girlfriend was claustrophobic they changed it when I got there and the room was perfect.i will definitely be coming here again also the breakfast good choices"

"Lovely location very close to the sea, Recently road work, no car park, even can’t drop off your stuffs, need to got another car park near by the hotel The room is not bad, comfy with fan, only can do better for cleaning next time, coz some crumbs on the table and little trash on the chair"

"Everything I needed for an easy and comfortable stopover for work. Friendly welcome, comfy bed, clean room, decent shower for a very reasonable price. Location wasn’t particularly important as I arrived late and left early, but the Majestic is right on the seafront, perfectly placed for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel bar looked nice but it was just a bed for the night on this occasion. Would certainly stay again. Thanks to staff."

"Our stay in Eastbourne was great as the location of the hotel accommodation is near the sea, the city and walkable from the Train Station. The reception (Amel) was very accommodating. The room is not the best (with few hair on the floor and some stained towels), however manageable as we brought spare towel and just cleaned and made the area comfortable for out stay."

"Hotel carino in una posizione molto grande, molto vicino alla band e al centro città. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Abbiamo sempre avuto una capsula notturna nel bar prima del letto che era grande. Abbiamo anche una camera aggiornata a una con vista sul mare parziale che era molto bello da avere. Parcheggio è stato facile. È possibile ottenere i biglietti che abbiamo pagato circa 2 sterline al giorno, e si può parcheggiare sulle strade circostanti. Siamo stati fortunati e siamo appena usciti dall'hotel vicino al mare. Se in estate, si potrebbe voler arrivare la sera quando i viaggiatori del giorno saranno andati a casa. Inoltre c'è il parcheggio NCP vicino, se necessario. Il letto era molto confortevole e la camera era una buona dimensione con tè e caffè. Non abbiamo mangiato laggiù, quindi non posso commentarlo. (Ho notato sul menu che il colazione cucinata vegan era costituito da verdure, ma non da carne, che pensavo fosse un po' povero per il prezzo.) Sicuramente mi sarebbe rimasto in questo hotel."

"hotel is in a fabulous position for the most amazing vista day and night! TOP TIP Book a front room with sea view you will not be disappointed!!!  Excellent hotel with the most amazing views and hotel staff.  Everything was clean and tidy and house cleaning was very good. Breakfast was plentiful and very good.  The only problem we have is that the hotel allows dogs - not normally a problem but  we saw several of them sitting on the guest lounge chairs of an evening which I’m not a fan of but would not put me off coming back it was just that I believe that this should not be allowed or encouraged."

"Grande hotel, ma non il migliore della città, perché è piccolo, circa antiquato e la vista non è la migliore al mondo. La doccia era molto povera e debole, ma il bagno era bello e era finora, ma non il più grande. L'hotel ha un senso diverso e il personale è stato grande."

"Amazing location right by the beach so some rooms would be overlooking the promenade and coast. The rooms are tired and decoration needs to be updated although the reception areas look good. The beds and pillows were VERY comfy! Better than some travelodge, so a good night sleep. So if you can look past the poor paint, the £37 a night twin room will be a bargain. I would return at this price, but not more expensive. Its not the usual high quality or standard that I expected from Best Western chain. More a budget option. £7 is for a continental breakfast so this was declined. Tea and coffee in room was good. Late arrival but checking in was swift and very helpful. Free but limited overnight parking outside but you have to get a ticket (the hotel can do this for you for £2.25) from 8am so if you want a lie in, you need to book and pay when you check in."
