Stayed there for a wedding recently, staff was nice enough but sadly they lacked in pretty much every other category. The building is old and run down, pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile besides the chemical additives, carpet of my room was also stained, poorly vacuumed, curtains and sheets were stained. The wall lamp in the bathroom did not work or turn on, the right vanity light was out, the shower and bathroom layout all together suck. I paid for a room on the Fifth floor, I was expecting an experience worth that amount of money; instead I got a glorified Pig in lipstick. Hotel is old and any renovations done all seemed to have failed or were done so poorly that you could’ve convince me a toddler did them. I understand the hotel was packed for the weekend and I understand the hotel industry unions are still at odds with the corporate companies for fair pay and labor standards but come on guys. The event I attended was absolutely beautiful but the stay at the hotel was a CRITICAL FAIL and that site needs to be shut down and renovated properly or destroyed weekend of the 13th was the stay duration
