I was travelling to jamshedpur for my official visit JUSCO, The hotel ambiance was very nice. The person at the reception was very courteous and had smooth check in. The room was was clean and hygienic. I ordered my dinner in room service and it very prompt. The food really tasty 😋

I had a fantastic experience at Zirca. The food was delicious and served promptly. The staff, Kamala, Moloy, and Nayan, were incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. I'll definitely be recommending Zirca to all my friends and family!

Awesome experience! The food, the service everything was very good. The dining hall is also very good.The behavior of staffs is also very good and special thanks to Mr Suresh who personally looking for it. Me and my family would like to visit again there.

On May 2nd 2024 we had a family gathering at ‘ The Alcor’ on the occasion of my nephew’s 1st birthday. Being the host , I was happy to know from the guest that food was very much liked by them. Secondly, we were amazed at the prompt service by the Alcor team under the guidance of Mr. Suresh J. ( AGM). Food was one of the main factor to throw a party at Alcor once again. I must say that this time our overall experience was very good. Thanks to the entire team for making our event successful.

Good hospitality, good pace to stay for business. The break fast spread is good too. However I came across small maintenance issues, mostly because the property is old. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay for your official or business visits

Very good food and service. Today 7th of may 2024, Alcor celebrates 12 years ! Also, its bakery Sweet Talk is too good which ranges in gelatos, softy, delicious pastries, bread items, cookies, chocolates and so on… Alcor also has banquets, lawn area, rooftop area for good parties and get together.

Surprised to see that staff went above and beyond their duty to provide the de***ded service from the customers. Maintained proper communication throughout. Provided little things which ***y hotels don’t even address
