Amazing staff and location in a building that I showing it’s far but trying hard. Extremely tight parking

HORRIBLE. NOT RECOMMENDED. Reception is not 24 hour manned. Did not receive any check in instructions, sent emails to enquire and all of them went unresponded. Had to call the emergency hotline which incurred roaming charges on my end 🙄 wifi was not working when i checked in and after waiting for a few hours i called the emergency hotline again only to be told off that my issue was not an emergency. Dude even hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Also doorknob was broken lol. Wrote an email to complain and they didnt respond either. Would have given a 0 if i could.

Nice and clean. Perfect for our trip to Perth to watch Coldplay.

Good location in city . The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Located just on the edge of the city it's a perfect spot if you want to stay in the city but out of the hustle and bustle

Beautiful place to stay

Great service by lovely staff. All except the grumpy lady at reception that makes you feel bad for daring to bother her. Everything else is fantastic.

除了地點比較方便，周邊有公車站去市區和其他區，價錢相應較低，其他方面的感覺很差。 1. 房間衛生強差人意 - 入住之後，沒有人來請潔打掃，問前台，回覆說沒有清潔服務。所以最後要自己清潔 - 房間備品，包括衛生紙，洗潔精，洗衣粉，垃圾桶的膠袋，全部要問才會給 2. 房間設施年久失修 - 保險箱完全是一塊廢鐵，門鎖已經生鏽 - 洗衣機可以用，不過洗衣途中不時會自動打開；可怕的是門打開後洗衣機仍然運轉 - 馬桶水箱長期漏水 - 洗手間啲燈制失靈，要非常用力拍才會開燈 3. 人員態度 共接觸過三位職員。 - 年輕的一位男士很友善，對客人笑容滿面。 - 有位年長的女士，看上去比較嚴肅，但對客人的查詢仍然樂意回覆 - 最令我反感是一位年長的男人，態度粗暴無禮。事緣我的入住是分開兩次預訂，房型不一様。本來和年長的女士溝通好，會過幾天搬去別的房間。不過酒店今天臨時有其他空房，我不介意提前搬去小一點的房間。中午正在收拾準備搬房，年長的男士拍門，要我們十分鐘內搬走。我女兒回覆說我們正在收拾行李，會盡快。結果這個男人當著我女兒的面，直接說****. 我女兒祇是一個剛18歲的女生，當下完全不懂如何回應，之後很委屈向我投訴 話說回來，如果大家不太計較淸潔、設施和人員的態度，Mont Clare確實值得入住！祝大家好運！

AC cover off, serviced and cleaned during our stay at 4pm Pool out of service - not informed prior to stay Fridge leaking from the back onto the floor Wifi wouldn’t connect, 3 further passwords given Could only use Netflix or YouTube if had a dongle, not informed prior to stay Bathroom sink tap wouldn’t turn off completely Using the shower hose in the bathroom, doesn’t turn off the tap to make it separate and just flow into the hose Bath was extremely slippery Location was good but overall, poor communication and definitely needs an update!

Pool was not in use- but was not informed of this, kids very disappointed. Room states king bed- was 2 singles pushed together. Room very dirty- shower had hair in it (not ours!), bed sheets were not tucked in, only laid on bed, dining table chairs stained, air con was not cold. No information in room at all regarding free wifi code or attractions in and around Perth. Very unsatisfied and would never stay again.

This was an OK place to stay good value. Could not use netflix etc.on TV. Was ok for one or 2 nights.

I wouldn’t use the word boutique to describe these apartments. It was perfunctory and ok but they all need a little TLC to make them comfortable
