This hotel is very nice, and the room was clean, big enough, and comfortable. However, the best of this hotel is its staff. I used a CPAP machine so I needed some distilled water to use it. I came very late in the night to check-in in at the hotel because of flight getting delayed. Charlotte and James (I hope I am saying his name correctly) were so friendly, and attentive, and did everything they could to get me the water I needed. James even went to the grocery store for me and got me the water that I needed. Going the extra way to help me out, was incredible for me! I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and will definitely be staying from now on in this hotel when I come to visit East Peoria.

從最冷的芝加哥一路開過來皮奧里亞，雖然有雪，但是不再凍手疼了，在這裏拜訪了最大的卡特辦公中心。酒店很適宜，有浴缸，拋去疲憊。緊挨着就是一家意大利餐廳，味道不錯，菜品也多，價格也不便宜。可惜在海外總是在凌晨睡，還無法整夜覺。

Mi sono appena fermato mentre un familiare era all'ospedale e ci piaceva l'hotel. Ho prenotato una stanza auditiva indebolita quando mi serviva una stanza a sedia a rotelle e il desktop era un grande aiuto per ripararla. Ho preso la pizza da tutta la strada (che era così deliziosa IVA) e poi ho capito che avevo bisogno di piastrelle. Il manager del desk front, Darryl Smith, li ha portati per me. Era così grande aiuto e sempre così gentile quando avevo bisogno di qualcosa. E' davvero quello che ogni hotel dovrebbe volere in un dipendente. Era così gentile e così utile. Parcheggio era una brisa e tutto andava bene. I letti erano comodi e rilassanti. Grazie per il grande soggiorno!

Mio figlio ha servito all'esercito aereo, vive qui per un mese ogni volta, e lo hanno sempre curato bene.Questo lo fa sentire benvenuto e rispettoso.Quando vado a vedere mio figlio, mi ricompensano con la tortura delle forze.Sono felice che tutti sapessero il suo nome e lo amassero.
