Welcome to Katie's Corner cottage at Greetham Retreat in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, this is our most spacious luxury holiday rental that sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms plus infants in cots. Also benefiting from two modern en-suites, one has a large bath and separate shower. Katie's Corner has flexible arrival days.The open plan living areas have quality leather sofas and real oak furnishings and floors. It also has a large flat screen TV with wall mounted DVD player and a DAB radio. Just off the living area, the kitchen & dining area is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has plenty of cupboards and large work surfaces and benefits from having fully integrated modern appliances, like a ceramic halogen hob, full size electric fan oven, large microwave, upright fridge freezer and dishwasher. The dining area has a large real oak dining table with 5 leather dining chairs and a breakfast bar and 2 stools for more casual dining which is also perfect for the kids. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and a third bedroom is on the ground floor. Upstairs one bedroom has a double bed and the other has zip and link beds and can have either twin single beds or be made up as a super king size (6ft) double bed. These bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with large bath, separate shower, hand basin and WC. The ground floor bedroom also has a double bed and its own en suite shower room with hand basin and WC. The ground floor bedroom is ideal for guest with limited mobility.
