Hotel in zona Sally Beauty, East Kilbride

Grazie al personale, come viaggiatore solitario ero piuttosto nervoso ma mi sentivo così sicuro. Check-in era liscio e amichevole. L'hotel è pulito, elegante e intelligente. Hai bisogno della chiave della tua stanza per usare gli ascensori, quindi mi sentivo così sicuro andare nella mia stanza. Io mi sono fermato in una camera doppia e era così spaziosa! Tutto era teso e ben posato. Anche se c’era una fiera divertente sulla prossima strada, non mi ha davvero turbato quando chiuse la finestra. È la prima volta che mi sono fermato in un hotel aparthotel e mi consiglierei! Non sapevo che avere il ghiaccio nel congelatore e nel cucinatore mi renderebbe così felice haha. Poi, in camera mia, potevo raffreddare l'acqua e mangiare un bel pasto senza dover fare un bagno più costoso. Il bagno aveva anche una bella tovagliola riscaldata, così ho avuto la tovagliola più calda, più fluffie! Nel lobby hanno un filtro d'acqua britannico, giochi da tavolo, attrezzature di cucina extra, cibo e bevande. Sicuramente tornerò se mai visitare Glasgow di nuovo!

I really wanted to leave a great review for this hotel. We stayed for an ultimate spa break to celebrate my daughter finishing her exams and leaving school. She was really looking forward to it. Our initial impressions were good, the grounds are beautiful and the reception staff were attentive and friendly. When we reached our room we were a bit disappointed as the room wasn’t to the same standard as other McDonald hotels we have stayed in and sadly that became our constant thought throughout the whole stay. The decor is very tired and the whole place could do with an overhaul. Paper peeling from walls, we had tissue paper stuck underneath the handles on the windows to keep them closed. The relaxation room of the spa was horrible as the ceiling looked mouldy and the paper was peeling off the walls. We had dinner the first night. We had looked at the menu online however it was totally different when we went into the restaurant and the choices weren’t great. We ordered cocktails and both agreed they were the worst cocktails we had ever had, they cost £9.95 each and I didn’t drink mjne at all. Breakfast the next morning was shambolic, there was 8 of us in the restaurant and the staff were running around like headless chickens saying they were so busy and tables weren’t cleaned, we waited a ridiculous length of time to order our food and it took forever to come. We had afternoon tea booked as part of the deal, again it wasn’t great. It had obviously been made well in advance of our booking time and the break on the sandwiches were hard and the cakes cheap and uninteresting. We ate out elsewhere our second evening. We both enjoyed our spa treatments which helped rescue the weekend. Breakfast on our final morning was better as it was a buffet style although we had to wait ages to ask staff for plates as there were none available to lift up (apparently the plate warmer was broken so they weren’t leaving plates out). I think that the staff of Crutherland House are doing the best they can however something has gone wrong with the running of this hotel and it needs attention . We wouldn’t recommend it to friends and next time will go somewhere else

We booked this as we knew our flight home to Glasgow Airport was landing late and we could not face the long drive home at such a time. By the time we cleared with our bags and walked to the hotel from the terminal it was 2am when we checked in. Unfortunately we were given room 115, which was opposite the elevators on the first floor. It was also not only an accessible room with wet bathroom (no shower unless you wanted to flood the whole room) but also had a ”connecting” door to the next room. No idea who was on the either side, but not ideal for either of us given our late arrival. I was feeling extremely tired and and went straight to my bed - unfortunately it was far too soft and it was a double, so we tended to fall into the middle where the ”hole” or ”dip” in the mattress was. With us both trying to sleep on the outside of the mattress for comfort we continually pulled the small duvet from each other in an attempt to keep warm after our return from Africa. The pillows were also too soft for my liking, however that was minor compared to the mattress. There hours later, at around 5am the corridor started coming alive with excited children heading off on their holidays, running and squealing, literally!! I can't blame them for being enthusiastic, but perhaps their parents might have understood that some guests might still wish to sleep at that time? Thus our morning continued so when we finally dragged ourselves up for breakfast around 9am I was extremely tired and somewhat grumpy... Now to breakfast; a fairly good selection was on offer if you came at a quiet time. I saw some guests leave towards the end our meal time as they did not want to wait in the queue for what was left. My main gripe about the breakfast was again, not the hotel's fault, but the guests, who presumably are not used to staying in hotels and don't know what swerving utensils are for. I saw one female guest pick up and touch several slices of bread and returning them before picking what she put in the toaster machine. I purposely picked a slice she hadn't pawed and waited whilst it went through the machine, then just as it arrived a young man (her son I believe) whisked it away in front of me. Manners non existent. The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly and the food on offer was perfectly adequate if all the guests knew how to behave. All in all, we picked this hotel for a catch up sleep after a late flight in and we didn't achieve that so we will not be back.

Excellent service from walking through the door Mark on reception was pleasant efficient and very helpful at check inn ,my room as ready a little early and was still allowed to check inn , room was good with no issues nice and clean bed very comfortable, all the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, food and service i cannot fault , for me the location is ideal being close to the M74 , a good overall hotel staff location and rice rolled into one , i will be staying here again well done guys . We stayed overnight on the way home. Twin room, as the 2 beds are a decent size. The spa has a large pool & 2 saunas & 2 stream rooms plus 2 jacuzzi’s- it was vert busy but open until 9:30pm. I ate in the area near the tv to watch Wimbledon. I had the cheese board & a french martini. I also took a Starbucks hot chocolate to my room. Peppermint tea was a nice addition to the in room drinks. I had an issue when i got back to my room, the connecting door was open, so i called reception & a lovely lady from housekeeping came up to see me & secured the door, but later on that evening, someone in the adjoining room did try to open the door, which seemed strange, as we had been told it was empty, i was asleep but it woke my daughter & she was worried.

Siamo stati all'Easy Hotel due volte nel giro di una settimana, ho prenotato entrambi i soggiorni prima di andare al primo... Mi pento di questa decisione. In tutta onestà, il primo soggiorno, la camera che abbiamo prenotato era di circa 32 sterline perché era un giorno della settimana. Era il più economico disponibile nell'area del centro di Glasgow. Quindi è stato apprezzato per essere il più economico, tuttavia le camere sono minuscole. Abbiamo avuto una stanza con una finestra entrambe le volte, sinceramente penso che senza la finestra ti sentiresti claustrofobico. Ho provato a prenotare direttamente con easyHotel ma il loro sito si blocca semplicemente nella pagina di pagamento, il che è stato inutile perché mi ero registrato per il loro servizio di sconto gratuito in casa. Il che consente un'ora in più a letto prima del check-out, quindi le 11:00 anziché le 10:00. Inoltre consente una tariffa leggermente più economica quando si prenotano le camere. Ho anche telefonato all'hotel per avvisare che non potevo prenotare online, hanno detto che non effettuano prenotazioni per telefono e mi hanno consigliato di andare tramite un sito di terze parti in quanto tende ad essere più economico. In questo caso, andare direttamente era il più economico, quindi l'ho perso e sono andato tramite Trip.com perché era la seconda opzione più economica. La seconda volta che siamo andati nella stessa settimana, l'hotel era forse 20 sterline in meno rispetto a qualsiasi altro posto perché era una prenotazione di sabato sera, quindi è arrivato a circa 95 sterline. Avrei preferito spendere quel pochino in più per ottenere il Premier Inn o qualcosa del genere. La camera doppia era così piccola che dovevi strisciare sul letto per raggiungere l'altro lato perché non c'era abbastanza spazio per camminare intorno al fondo del letto. Il bagno è essenzialmente una stanza umida delle dimensioni di una toilette di un aereo. La pulizia non era eccezionale entrambe le volte che ci siamo andati. Macchie sulle pareti della camera da letto, sudiciume nel bagno che non viene pulito da chissà quanto tempo. Anche le macchie sul pavimento durante il tragitto verso la camera non erano un bell'aspetto. Il personale dell'hotel era gentile, non siamo stati disturbati da altre persone che soggiornano lì, quindi se stai letteralmente cercando un posto dove passare la notte e non hai intenzione di passare molto tempo nella tua camera d'albergo, allora fallo . Se ti piace più spazio dei 3 passi che hai nella stanza per raggiungere il letto e un bagno in cui puoi passeggiare, allora passa su questo posto. Il caso classico di meno non è sempre migliore.

Il servizio è stato piacevole, l'hotel si trova lungo l'autostrada e dispone di un supermercato accanto a alcune joint di fast food. L'hotel non è esattamente in una posizione turistica, ma serve come un luogo conveniente per filare fuori e indietro quando si visitano molti luoghi. La colazione è stata servita con salsa, bacon, uova, cereali, ecc. abbastanza normale di cui entrambi i miei figli avevano goduto. La camera era pulita e spaziosa con letto matrimoniale e divano letto. Se in futuro visitaremo la Scozia, questo hotel sarà certamente a nostra disposizione.

Come la fila di lavastoviglie e asciugamani! Uso gratuito e può prenotare tramite l'app dell'hotel. Avere ping pong e tavolo da piscina per un gioco veloce. Situazione a circa 7 minuti a piedi a George Square. 5 minuti a shopping. Molto conveniente Ma la squadra di manutenzione della casa ha bisogno di un miglioramento: le tovaglie non sono state cambiate o non sono state fornite abbastanza.
