Grande camera con letto confortevole e bagno funzionante con servizi di base come la spazzatura e la pasta dentale, anche un distributore di sapone. L'hotel è vicino al centro commerciale (è letteralmente all'interno del centro commerciale), quindi qualsiasi tipo di strutture come il supermercato, l'atmosfera, il ristorante/caffè sono trovati a est. Solo un feedback per la stanza è che ci sono molti glitch in ogni canale televisivo, quindi è piuttosto disturbante.

Decent room in terms of cleanliness and size it's suitable for business travelers. Great service from the staff starting from security to receptionists to housekeepers. I really had a great time staying at Holiday Inn Express Matraman. The only downside on the other hand was the breakfast. The food was not delicious. Staff working at the restaurant were nice however the food was disappointing in my opinion.

You may find this humble hotel serves a very nice hospitality. This hotel location is easy to reach. The receptionist promptly assists us on check in and out. The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food – all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.

The most wonderful vacation! Luxury all the way and SERVICE that you won’t find anywhere else. We were taken to our own private dock by boat upon arrival. Our room was set up with fresh guacamole, welcome drinks and they had made pillows with each of our 3 kids’ names monogrammed on them! Personal touches like this will not be forgotten. L'hotel ha i suoi pro e cons e si basa sulla vostra destinazione.  Per . posizione a Glodok, Chinatown, 1 km vicino a Kota tua. Interessante se sei un esploratore e vuoi camminare un po', capire il più umile della vita locale, e solo tornare all'hotel a dormire. È facile trovare l'indomare, il massimo del grocero e del colazione sulla strada della gloria. Per cena, la catena alimentare pancoranico funziona. .Amo il loro sorriso. . piuttosto economico rispetto al vicino Novotel o grande paragon vacanze in . lavori di acqua calda, lavori di AC, 2 letti singoli,  cons .Nonostante la posizione strategica, tutto si chiude presto come pomeriggio o alle 6:00. Se vuoi godere di una vita notturna, vai a Kota Tua o prenota lì invece . biancheria super profumata, come se lavano solo le loro biancheria con acqua, ma non con detergenti . solo le più basilari strutture sono fornite. nessun asciugacapelli, caldaia d'acqua, caffè, cuscino, frigo. Ci sono solo 2 bottiglie d'acqua, 2 spazzole, 2 paste da dentifricio, 2 tovaglie (nessuno di fronte), 2 tazze di vetro, 1 paio di mutandine che non funzionano . ci danno 2 carte ma solo 1 funziona, devi decidere quale ... . devi accedere al wifi ogni giorno
