房間小歸小，地毯也有些許污漬，不過整體還算乾淨舒適,早餐的部分因為疫情的關係，只有一個餐盒跟一杯果汁，果汁的部分選擇葡萄汁，好可怕的味道...另外服務的部份希望可以提升，住過很多雅加達的酒店的，冰塊幾乎都是免費且大量提供，不過此酒店的冰塊只能給一小杯...此酒店適合商務休息，如果是度假或是情侶約會的話較不推薦

Reception is very bad gonna need vacination certificate.
So must change booking name, but u know i book at trip.com need contact to overseas. And the reception named EKA have very bed english. Spelling email to the trip.com to get hotel voucher make me wait too long. And finally i text to trip.com i founded they have wrong spelling. So my voucher not received at all. So very not recommended hotel.

Check in the hotel quite fast. The staff checked me in around 1pm..Good service!! I enjoyed the stay and breakfast. Will return again in future…

I have stayed in this hotel for approximately 5 times or more, my rate would be 8.5/10 considering the price, location, facilities and staff hospitality.
This was the first time I got a room with a connnecting door. I didn’t like it when I found out that the door was not locked, though it couldn’t be opened from another room.
The room was spotless most of the time. Then I was a bit disappointed when I found a small insect on the carpet.

The night receptions was not very helpful, when we checked in, our key card had a problem getting into the lift so we couldn't go up. Then he used his master card to access the upper floors. We asked him how we would get into the room if our key card didn't work? He said, it's just a problem with the lift key card not the room, even though it's on the lift access but we need the access renewed. When we arrived at the door, the card could not open the door. We had go to lobby again to get a new room key card. There was no apology from the reception staff at that time.

Great Hotel, good size room and comes with breakfast. There are also a gym and laundry. There are many eateries and convenient stores around the hotel.
