Mattress was in bad condition every direction sloped to the centre of mattress .Require new mattress. Repair to table leaf and back of chair required .

Sad motel and Smokey hallways and elevator.
Heating unit is noisy and has no temperature controls. On or off.

Shelly the Hotel manager is sweet and very accommodating. The only thing about the place is the housekeeping doesn't knock with their knuckles they use the key card and do not announce who it is and just come right in, even if you are still in the room.

For the price a good nights sleep. Heater isn’t working, light bulb in lamp is out. No overhead lighting.

The top blanket on the bed was stained and super uncomfortable. Then felt like there was little bed clothes after taking that off. Then the toilet had feces stains on the outside and grout from the tile floor had piles of it everywhere. Then I found a bead on the ground which makes me wonder about vacuuming.Then ice cream in the freezer. Lol. I was too tired to fight about it for another room. But wow not great.

I was disappointed the hot tub wasn't open, but it was ok. For the price, this stay is what it is, the bed was comfy, and it was convenient to meet people for drinks then just walk upstairs. I almost missed the "breakfast" station, which was an empty pot of coffee and a cooler with sandwiches and yogurt.

The room wasn't the cleanest and the heater stopped working and I had to change rooms, it was -33 outside!!!!

The staff here were very unfriendly and the hotel is not in good condition.

Decapitating hotel looks unsafe and have to been maintained. Sheets, bathroom and room are dirty and lights are either missing bulbs or falling apart
