Hotel in zona Walgreens, East Chicago

Sono felice di dire che sono sempre eccitato a visitare questa proprietà perché non è circa vincere ogni volta, ma le persone felici che mi servono. Amore l'inverno qui rimango per lo più per notte quando visitavo e la squadra dell'hotel è grande

I glad to you guys help me always!! The hotel is very cling also is in remodeling but The manager give me another room ….. so I’m so happy and I recommend this hotel to any family.

Sono rimasto qui martedì 3/22 fino giovedì 3/24. Kim è stato molto amichevole e mi ha controllato. Tutto era pulito, il letto e le mutandine dormivano bene. Il doccia era caldo e le tovagliole erano morbide. Il caffè era pronto alle 5:30 e il colazione era pronto alle 5:50. Ci sono molti parcheggi, e il Lot Circles l'edificio, anche per un rimorchio.

Ok, gente.Clarion non è un marchio di lusso.Ma questo Clarion è un bello.Io e mio figlio abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questo hotel.Siamo stati a Chicago per un torneo di pittura.Il parcheggio è appena stato pavimentato, e le luci erano luminose e ben posizionate. Il lobby è ben decorato, e i mobili sembrano nuovi. C'è un ristorante, ma non abbiamo mangiato lì e l'unica cosa che ho sentito di esso è che serveno colazione. Il letto era sorprendente, come hanno detto altri commentatori. La materassi era giusta, le foglie erano morbide e le mutandine erano pulite e pulite, le strutture del bagno erano un po' in basso, ma era pulita. Il manager della notte non vincerà alcun premio di congenitalità, ma il lavoro è stato fatto (eccetto quando il nostro bagno era chiuso e mi ha dato un piatto e mi ha detto di restituirlo una volta che l'avevo fatto). Se ho bisogno di un hotel di bilancio, lo considereremo di nuovo, ma la piscina era soggetta a manutenzione quando eravamo li', ma non ci siamo chiesti quando potrebbe aprire di nuovo.

We spent the night there while traveling home from vacation. Since we are Diamond members of Hilton, we try to stay at a Hilton family hotel. This hotel was rated pretty well so we figured it was a decent place to stay. We had some valuable items in our car that needed to come into the hotel with us and I loaded up the cart to take them into our room. Heading into the hotel, a gentleman informed me that someone’s lovely child had pulled the fire alarm and the elevators wouldn’t work. So we had to haul all of it up the stairs with no one to assist us (my husband had major surgery a little over 6 weeks ago and should not have been lifting these heavy things). There was pink ice cream hardened on the carpeted stairway that no one had addressed. Arriving into our room, we were greeted by drapes that had been shredded by someone (see picture). This definitely did not live up to Hilton standards. I would have left then but it was 10pm and we were exhausted. In the morning, I was going to take a shower but it looked so nasty there was no way I was going into it. I then called the front desk to see whether the elevator had been repaired yet…it had not. However, the phone in the room didn’t work so I had to call them from my cell phone. I asked to speak with the manager to address the issues we had with this room and was told it wasn’t only my room but that they were going to remodel the place and weren’t fixing things that needed to be repaired. I also mentioned that no one had offered to help us bring our items up the stairs the night before and there was no offer of helping us bring these items back down either, after my sharing with her the fact that my husband had surgery recently. We will never know if this is the truth because we will NEVER revisit this dump.

I travel over 100 days a year for my job and stay exclusively in Wyndham properties, and write reviews for most. The good: parking lot was clean and well lit on arrival. I reserved through the Wyndham app, so check in went smoothly. My room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Laminate flooring throughput the room. Updated fixtures with plenty of plug-ins. Most of the stated amenities were in place, the in room coffee and small refrigerator, but no microwave for some reason. The hotel does have 2 luggage carts. My air conditioner/heater worked quite well. There is a drink machine and snack machine near the lobby. The not-so-good: the staff was non-existent, nobody at the front desk the three or four times I checked. The TV had only 13 channels, most were locals Only one coffee cup for the in-room coffee. I checked out early so i can't comment on the breakfast. I'd stay here again if needed for work, but I'd bring some movies to watch.
