A lovely hotel, the staff helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast, great quality and variety.
Only complaints you could here the room above very loudly footsteps etc

Had two night stay myself my wife and are two dogs 🐕 we all loved it. Staff were very friendly and approachable especially Tracey and Ruth. Was 10 min walk to blue bridge (Grand Hotel) out of hotel right at traffic lights, left at bottom follow to bridge

Hotel was in a good area for walking and not far from seafront or town centre... Having it's own car park was very useful and dose a excellent breakfast 👍👍

I was impressed by the friendly and most helpful staff. My room was very clean with a comfy bed and TV, tea and coffee making facilities and soft fluffy bathroom towels. I look forward to staying here again one day.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Staff very friendly. The room we had was very spacious. Bed wasn’t that comfy (but I like my home comforts). Plenty of different drink options left in the room including a bottle of water.

I thought it was great value for money, beds were comfy great nights sleep paid for breakfast which was excellent.. did think the hotel was too hot slept with windows open in Feb , get ready for an early wake up from the seagulls but that’s Scarborough for you!

Hotel is typical of the area!
Due to the age of the property, the rooms are looking tired and can be noisy from other guests (not a fault of the guests per se).
Creaking floorboards, movement around adjacement rooms can be heard very easily. Really no soundproofing to dampen any noise within the room or corridors.
Coffee making facilities are available (kettle could do with a descale). Clean and usable, so no complaint in that regard.
I am giving 5 stars to the staff, who are very courteous and friendly. Helpful in every respect, and pleasant to guests.
