在都勻的這次住宿體驗非常好，值得仔細説一説：
1. 服務：
（1）賓至如歸的服務體驗。還在高鐵上就接到工作人員電話，詢問抵達時間，説因為都勻下雨了，天氣有點冷，要提前幫我們打開空調，並且免費幫着升級到了更高級的房型！
（2）其他服務也很貼心。可以聯繫前台幫忙洗衣服和烘乾，會詢問送回時間，儘量不打擾我們休息；每晚都提供牛奶，是當地知名品牌，保質期7天的鮮牛奶；有個不太大的健身房免費使用，雖然設備不是太新，但基本需求完全可以滿足。
每一位服務人員都很熱情，這點可圈可點！
2. 設施：
床品舒適，衞生間也很乾凈，熱水給的很快，放幾秒就很熱了。唯一覺得可以再改善的是衞生間可以再亮一點，個人喜好原因覺得有一點點暗，但完全不影響使用。
空調熱風出的很快，無異味，很暖和。冬天又下雨，室內確實不能沒有空調😂
我看酒店被評為國家4星級酒店了，這樣的服務實至名歸！

EErinlingOltre a non avere chiare indicazioni sulla luce stradale alla sera, le strutture interne sono generali, ma è buono che la casa sia un lago di palestra fuori, ma non ci sono strutture seduttive. Non ci sono persone che si sedino in palestra per circa 7:30 di mattina, non c'è nessun servizio di palestra che interrompa il telefono per dire che hanno aperto la montagna per 10 minuti Andare a colazione all'hotel sopra. In generale, si dice che il presidente sia entusiasta e paziente di rispondere al telefono, che il vero servizio di infrastruttura può davvero essere ottimizzato, andiamo!

I'm a BJYX fan from Indonesia and I came to Duyun to visit BJYX related spots, and this hotel is of course one of them! Booked another hotel first, since I didn't know that the infamous make up room and telephone box is in this hotel. Tried to look for those places in Qin Han (lacked information, my bad), but then realized they're not there, and then after looking for some more information on Weibo, I decided to change the hotel for the last day to Maojian, and I'm glad I did that!
Maojian is in front of QinHan Film City, so you can just walk there. Best hotel if you want to visit the film city.
The receptionists don't speak English, we were communicating by Google Translate. They let me check in at around 12:30 even though the actual check in time is from 14:00. They also upgraded my room. Very happy! And since I read from the reviews on this platform, that you can take a look inside the room where our WangXian got interviewed, I tried to ask the receptionist about it and then she called people to guide me there. The guide lady is also super nice, that she even offered me to change the room to that room. It's already booked by other people though, unfortunately. But, it's okay! I roamed around the hotel after that, visiting the telephone box, jogging track, and make up room of course is a MUST! Thank you so much for keeping these spots for us, CQL and BJYX fans! Please always keep it like that! Will visit again someday!
