Amazing experience from A to Z Arrived at Hotel with fantastic parking spaces and ability to charge the car. Receptionist upon check-in have been super accommodating and professional, she was helpful, smiley and very complimenting thank you Pauline!!! Room was immaculate, contained very sustainable material with amazing and spacious layout and fantastic view. Huge thanks to all housekeeping staff without exception. They prepared baby cot to our daughter with bathrobe, slippers and shampoo, conditional and lotion with some wonderful toys as well!! During the stay, they did a wonderful job day in day out with refreshing and preparing a very welcome room. Huge thanks to the F&B team at both bar and room service. They placed amazing fruits basket upon arrived with a lovely letter. Bar staff, they were smiley, professional and very accommodating, playing with our daughter and asking always if we needed help etc and making the best food and drinks with special shout-out to Eike for being amazing dusting our visits! Breakfast staff were very nice despite how busy the area is during that weekend and they have ensured to seat it somewhere quiet and prepare baby seat for our daughter, they were attentive with coffee, eggs and everything else, thank you for your hard work! Lobby, wonderful and luxury layout with amazing atmosphere, concierge / bellman Bashir or Rachid ( please excuse my spelling) was a very wonderful guy, he was chatty and funny even our daughter was running toward him, you are so kind! Lastly, we had to checkout after amazing stay to be helped by one in a million receptionist her name is Paula if am not mistaken on 28th May around 13:00! Location is fantastic, hotel is wonderful and everything else is spot on. Suitable for families, corporates and leisure!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!

Abbiamo fatto un lungo fine settimana e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo all'hotel.Il personale era molto amichevole ed efficiente. Il manager del dovere, il signor Mueller, aveva fatto un lavoro fantastico su di noi, così viaggiare con un toddler era facile. Molto buon cibo anche - il servizio in camera era abbastanza veloce e la frattura era timido. Non dimenticare di visitare il piccolo Tokyo - ristoranti fantastici là. Chiedi al famoso concierge di raccomandazioni - sa dove andare. Abbiamo avuto un tempo fab così grazie a tutti coloro che lo fanno succedere!!!

A somehow strange experience, as so ambivalent. Pros: Very beautiful building, castle-like with high ceilings. Rooms are beautiful and well equipped, including the bathroom (shower is great). Perfect location, at the edge of the famous Altstadt (old town) and very close to the river Rhein. Cons: They have clearly issues with the service personnel. We arrived very late, shortly before midnight. I wanted to call the hotel to give them a heads up, in order to avoid them giving the room away. I had to call 3 times (at around 10 pm), and to wait like 10 minutes in the line, until someone finally attended the phone. Next morning, same experience with the room service. No one cleaned the room, despite us putting the ”please clean” sign at the door knob between 10 am and 1 pm. I had to ask the reception around 4 pm to please get the room serviced. The most annoying thing were the curtains. You have the fine transparent white curtain, and the heavy black-out curtain. The latter is so short, that it only covers half the window. In the moment the sun rises, it is as bright as day in the room (I am talking about room 223, in case the management is reading this). You either have an eye mask, or you are done with sleeping. Finally an advice: Despite the location, the hotel is very quiet. However, if you are in a room facing the road (most rooms don't), you will get your dose of old town-party noise, at least at the weekend.

Molto bel hotel nel centro di Dusseldorf. Il personale è molto amichevole e le camere erano grandi e pulite. Ci siamo viaggiati con il nostro 3 anni e c'era molta spazio per giocare. Abbiamo avuto colazione all'hotel, che è stato il solito buffet di colazione a stile europeo con cibo disgustoso L'hotel ha dedicato parcheggio interno, che è molto utile in una città così occupata. Questo è uno dei più carini hotel che abbia soggiornato e mi fermerò in futuro. In termini di attività locali, è stato facile raggiungere il fronte d'acqua, il centro storico, gli negozi e il parco dall'hotel. Abbiamo anche potuto visitare facilmente tutti i mercati di Natale a piedi dall'hotel.

Friendly staff that all spoke English. The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central. The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design. My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open. Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea. The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area. The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself. If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

Hotel decente considerando un po 'di posizione venduta in gennaio per la zona Dusseldorf hbf. La stazione è a 10 minuti a piedi. Tutto nella stanza lavorava, compresa la cassaforte che usava la vecchia moneta da 1 euro. La doccia era piccola ma funzionava, la stanza era pulita. Gli hotel tedeschi tendono a avere letti molto sottili di larghezza e lunghezza, quando prenotano singole persone, questo è vero per la mia stanza. Non ho fatto colazione, ma c'era una sala da pranzo e una macchina da bere, anche se avevo i miei snacks dal supermercato della stazione ferroviaria, mentre Dusseldorf era un fermo notturno, anziché visitare la città.

Era il nostro terzo soggiorno mentre mio marito era a Dusseldorf, e ci piaceva vedere che alcuni dei nostri dipendenti erano tornati dopo Covid, perché sempre facevano il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. Zeinab è l'ostetta con il più grande, e Marcel e Tommy sono eccellenti cuochi, servindo un delizioso colazione. Tommy mi ha anche fatto un biscotto speciale per il mio compleanno! Ogni sera Sabina, che ha una personalità vincente, ci servirebbe delle bevande al bar e cena per qualche sera. Tutti usciranno dal loro modo per soddisfare le nostre esigenze e ci rendere benvenuti. L'hotel è molto confortevole con ogni amenità necessaria. La posizione è vicina a diversi eccellenti ristoranti, un piccolo mercato e una bella passeggiata per sedersi accanto al fiume Rhine. La Altstadt è un po 'di viaggio ma molto bello. Se avete bisogno di un eccellente taxi driver, avete il personale di ufficio chiama Mahmud.

Abbiamo rimborsato un biglietto di Jochen Schweizer in questo hotel e abbiamo ricevuto un soggiorno incl. colazione. L'hotel moderno si trova nel porto media di Düsseldorf circa 15-20 a piedi dal centro città. Il Reno è un bel passeggiata con buon tempo. Abbiamo arrivato un po' prima alle 13 e siamo stati gentili a check-in e a fare un giro nella nostra camera d'albergo. Questo ci ha fatto molto piacere. Il nostro auto è stato parcheggiato in un hotel vicino. Il parcheggio è utilizzato da entrambi gli hotel. Per circa 25€ al giorno, ma un prezzo orgoglioso. Le camere sono come l'hotel stesso molto moderno. Abbiamo avuto una bella vista sul porto dei media (11° piano). La stanza era molto spaziosa, il minibar (birra, succo e acqua) era incluso. Inoltre, c'è la possibilità di preparare un caffè o espresso con capsule. Sapone, bodylozione, gel da doccia e shampoo sono disponibili in contenitori multistradali. Il bagno è relativamente aperto. Il bagno è chiuso in una piccola stanza separata. Purtroppo, il letto era troppo piccolo (circa 160 cm) e anche inconveniente. Anche i cuscini erano piuttosto inconvenienti. La stanza in sé era molto pulita. Ma ci sono stati qui e là alcuni punti da vedere o enormi tracce di uso. Gli occhiali da bagno dovrebbero essere scambiati con urgenza, che era completamente ingialleggiato, ma purtroppo non avevamo intenzione di portarci acqua o di procurarci acqua in città. Nel locale erano disponibili due bottiglie (0.25 ml). Tuttavia, non erano sufficienti per noi. Nel lobby si poteva comprare queste bottiglie d'acqua per 3€ per bottiglie. La sera abbiamo bevuto un altro delizioso cocktail al bar alberghiero con bella vista. Questo vale la pena, anche se il prezzo è un po' alto. La colazione era deliziosa e sufficiente. La scelta era buona.

Il JH Düsseldorf è un tipico alloggio di città. E' su una strada molto vivace, che è duplice: da un lato, non si può essere esattamente sensibili al rumore (su questo lato dell'edificio), dall'altro, la fermata degli autobus è proprio davanti alla porta. L'altra parte dell'edificio si trova in direzione del Reno, che ha una bella vista dalla sala colazione. Le camere sono convenienti e (anche per il JH standard) piuttosto piccole, anche il bagno. Positivo: Bagno e WC sono separati, che le famiglie apprezzeranno. Il cibo è ricco ma qualitativamente solo medio. Questo inizia con i panetti e si riduce fino al dolce. Ma va bene, perché il prezzo non è certo che nessuno si aspetta di essere felici di gaume, va bene. Ma no, due giorni alla settimana si incoraggiano e si sta preparando per mangiare senza carne - un atteggiamento stupido ...Il mio accento personale è stato ingannato in ”Giorno Vega” - che è stato disgustoso, classe! La fortuna è molto migliore, l'offerta di tempo libero e il Bistro. Se non vuoi tornare in città di sera, il JH è semplicemente noioso. Nessuna bilardo, nessun dardo, nessun servizio da tavolo (solo fuori)...da i bambini devono quasi avere il cellulare. E la zona Bistro è tutto diverso da invitare. Conosciamo davvero dei Bistro carini in Juhe, dove si potevano trascorrere tante gioia sera (ad esempio pirmasens), ma qui? In generale, tutto ”soddisfacente” - si': c'era un'altra discrepanza per il prezzo all'arrivo, prima di parlare di un ”prezzo d'offerta”, di cui non si voleva sapere più all'arrivo (la collega Xy che l'aveva posta, Sei ancora nuovo ...naja). Ho trovato il limite ... Per un viaggio a Düsseldorf è tutto ok, ma non abbiamo ostelli giovanili con richiesta di ripetizione. Eccoci semplicemente più abituati - anche da ostelli giovanili.

Molto bene, la posizione è vicino alla strada commerciale, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana. La signorina della ricetta è molto buona e mi ha lasciato stare in anticipo.La stanza ha un bagno indipendente, ma il bagno è fuori, ma è anche molto conveniente. Non c'è molto stile per la colazione, ma non c'è problema di mangiare. 200 persone in una stanza unica per fare una bicicletta.
